Front Desk staff 5*, breakfast was very good, parking adequate, location very good, Trader Joe's 1 block, Two large/very good grills next to pool area. Plenty of burners and heat. Pay attention, or you'll likely over cook meat, like I did (once!). Modest selection of grilling tools (I went to Wal-Mart and got my own cleaning/cooking utensils).

Ground floor (noise from people walking in second floor room (little to no noise insulation)). Room near pool = pool noise (surprising number of children while we were there). Next stay, we'll be more removed from the pools area. Pet friendly (a little pet noise). I/we prefer 'no pets' polices lodging. But, will continue to use this hotel until pets become an annoyance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff is truly outstanding, especially Mr. Mike, who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Their service is top-notch—every request and assistance was promptly taken care of with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety and quality. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality!

I have no complaints or negative comments about Sonesta ES Suites.

1) Staff top down and bottom up was excellent 2) Room was very clean, quiet and spacious 3) they met all of our requests and expectations before check in, during and after 4) despite pets, we never saw any or had any issues 5) breakfast buffet was elaborate compared to most hotels 6) all public spaces were clean and well maintained 7) pool area was enjoyable, guests were considerate of noise etc. 8) great location for Scottsdale and close to Phoenix

Staff went over and beyond... No doubt! The location is 20/10. The pool was amazing. The room is a little bit outdated and the shower pressure is very weak but ... It still has its own climate and we enjoyed a stay! The laundry room was a big bonus!

The breakfast needs more variety - tacos for 7 days was too much! Some ham/cheese would be nice (to make sandwich) with different fresh fruit (not just/only banana) and different flavours of yogurts.

Passing through for one night on a super hot day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was so nice, there were restaurants across the road, the shower had amazing pressure, and the bed & pillows were comfy. Breakfast included was great too. One of the best places we've stayed in on this trip. Definitely keep them in mind if coming back to this city again.

We loved the location. It was aesthetically pleasing. Everything was clean. The breakfast was great and hot every morning. There were designated smoking areas. A lot of parking space. There is a plaza located across the street with a CVS. There is a 24 hr “market” in the actual property with snacks and other supplies.

I didn’t dislike anything about it enough to list it here.

Prime location, close to Trader Joe's and everything around Scottsdale and relatively close to newer parts of Phoenix. Safe and quiet area and friendly staff. The continental breakfast was a good bonus.

The bed can be more soft and the courtesy bath wash, shampoo , and conditioner provided can be better quality. Outside of that, not much to complain about.

How spacious the room was, and felt like a proper studio.. Had all the requirements for my stay

The washing machine and dryer were always busy with people stuff that just took their time to get their laundry out of it. It is a bit frustrating as they would use 2 machines at the same time
