I loved the bikes, swimming pool, rock climbing wall, fireworks, and how attentive all the staff were. Specifically a male staff who stood out because he knew every single guest and why they were at the resort, he was always there when we needed something his name is still a mystery, but he was brown, short Blk hair and amazing!

My mom and I are very big coffee drinkers and the coffee on the property was disgusting, we would have to to go out of our way, leave the property to go find decent coffee. I recommend a mobile company called Ezpresso to go on site in the am for your guests because that’s unacceptable!

Everything was great! The hotel and grounds were beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel was so close to so many great restaurants and shopping. Parking was very easy. The food was good.

The only thing that bothered us was the lack of privacy on our balcony. We couldn't enjoy sitting outside because the people in the room next door were always out on their balcony and the only thing that divided us was a trellis and you can see right thru it. There was no privacy.

We enjoyed the adult pool very much. Also enjoyed the breakfast and Spa! Workout facility was also very nice. My son was a little disappointed not able to golf at the property…no times available. Bell men were very helpful with bike rental..always extremely helpful!!

No tee times available for golf.

As a return guest, I was pleased to see that most facilities are still good. Great pools, lovely garden courtyard and scenery. Bedroom fine, as expected.

Restaurants very limited. I’d suggest a more international menu and some interesting alternatives to eggs etc at breakfast. Bars close way too early. 9:30 pm and everything shuts down.

Beautiful, inside and out! The pools were amazing. The cabana service was impeccable. Canyon suites have a private luxury feel with friendly hospitality. We totally loved it. The room and bath were so big and comfortable. Thank you.

The food was excellent. The staff was really accommodating.

The TV in the bedroom did not face the bed. We asked to be switched to a room that had a bed facing tv. I would recommend that if you book that you request at the booking time for a TV that faces the bed. The TV that does not face the bed does not pivot.

Our family (2 adults, two kids (7 and 9)) loved the beach/pool, kids buffet, live music, and free bike rental. We were never bored and we spent two full 8 hour days at the pool without the kids asking to leave!

Could not get into breakfast. Too crowded so we left property.

Need to open other restaurants if they’re allowing more people to stay now (covid). Could not get into restaurant for dinner or breakfast and couldn’t find a table to listen to the band.

Pool!! Max at check in was great and made it easy. There are a few restaurants and live music being offered throughout the day- so always something to do!

Everything with our room was tidy but the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly as there were spots.

I loved the room and bathroom. The first room I was given had several large dark spots on the floor. I asked for a different room. The other room was excellent.

The first room had several hand sized soiling of the carpet. I thought was bad to give a room with spots on the floor. I’ve been to much lower priced hotels without spots at all on the floor. Also the food places were not available all the time. I thought the good places would have more choices. Some of the food was bland.
