Everything about the property was perfect, we loved the convenience of being walking distance to the trails, we loved the spa, the meditation area, pilates classes, the casitas with an amazing view.

The staff. One young girl in the spa was always so rude with a bad mood face, and at the end of the trip everything turned into a bad experience after I got a call from another rude lady requesting us to pay like if we didn’t want to. At the moment of check out we gave the card where we wanted us to be charged, but they were trying to the card we made the reservation which we requested not to use that card. After without our consent they charged the card we asked them not to, this lady called us and we gave her the right card and after she was able to charge us, she hung up on us. That was so unacceptable and I can't believe that's the staff they hired in such a beautiful resort.

Enchantment was amazing. The staff are quite professional all around from check in to check out. The room is a private casita with a large terrace/patio attached. It's a nice sized room with a roomy bathroom. Great water pressure and deep tub. Separate toilet area for more privacy. The views from the room, pool and entire property are AMAZING. Seriously amazing. The pool is very large with plenty of chairs around it. Pool staff present for cocktails and snacks. Water refill stations throughout the resort to replenish the Yeti! Trail House staff were super friendly and helpful with trail/hiking advice. We did a spa day at Mii Amo and it's a great experience. When having a massage you can use the private pool and spa services while there. It's not cheap ($350 +) but a nice touch when on vacation. Staff were friendly there. Walking the grounds around the resort was beautiful. Plenty of wildlife to see while there...deer, wild pigs, hummingbirds, hawks. Loved it! The breakfast at Che Ah Chi was delicious. Sitting on the outdoor patio for breakfast and taking in the view was wonderful.

You do lots of walking while here at the resort (which we loved) but I would have liked to have the staff offer more rides on the carts if needed. Also, the last day of our trip, a family with 5 children came to the pool and were being kids. There goes the adult relaxation! We moved to the other side of the pool. We found out before leaving there's an adult pool tucked away on the property. I wish I knew that!

Concierge was helpful with planning before our arrival. The trail house is useful and excellent. Massages at Mii Ami spa were good. Cleaning was excellent. When we had issues staff really tried to help. Location for hiking is great. Physically it’s beautiful.

Food was expensive and quality mediocre. Paid resort fee and didn’t use any facility. Better to be real and increase room rates. Many nights not enough parking spaces. Every time tried to call front desk was unable to get through so had to walk there.

Location and room service

Mii Ami spa. Claudia at front desk spoiled our experience by disrespecting me and my friend, the way she communicated with us. Not even aware who was having massage, even though I had 2 people on reservation. Making my friend sign receipt whereas I told clearly upfront that pay since it’s a gift. Saying twice that we are late, we were 2 min late, if we are ok with it what was her problem.

The hotel was exceptional and located perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our casita was spacious and quiet with an excellent view of the red rocks. Enchantment has lots of little details - great coffee in the room, golf cart service to take you around the property and cozy beds and linen. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Checking in with the guard station when returning to the property. Would have preferred to have a sticker or marker on the car so we could just drive through without stopping each time.

Friendly & welcoming staff from the gatehouse to the valet, bellman and housekeeping. Safe & secure gated property. Room- Casita- was ample and provided all amenities, as well as a gas fireplace and terrace. View of RED Rocks and Kachina Women directly off the terrace was fantastic. Shops and restaurants on premise were excellent. Chris at Trail House was awesome and friendly at 7AM in the morning. Spa was well appointed and staff was professional, courteous and well trained. Outdoor areas were beautiful.

A breathtaking setting nestled down in a canyon, a 15-minute drive outside of Sedona. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff and chaperoned from check-in to our room. The room itself was extremely well-appointed and luxurious. We opted to eat in the informal dining area and our meal was good value for money and very tasty. Our breakfast the next morning was really good too. I would advise getting up to see the sunrise in Sedona, it's one of the most special places in the world to do so.

The pool is under reconstruction at the moment so this area was closed, I guess hotels have to do this work at some time. There was a door in our room to the adjoining room, While I get this is a design feature of many hotels, additional soundproofing would be good here but it didn't affect our overall stay.

First of all, location is amazing, deep in the Canyon, amazing privacy and serenity. Wonderful service and amenities, specially if you are traveling with kids. Amazing Spa services and also free meditation programs every day. Will definitely go back

The major downside is the rooms, they are outdated and not luxury feeling for the price but still good.

The Natural Beauty of the area. Nicely appointed spa and general amenities. Close to hiking.

Limited Parking at the clubhouse and the spa. You have to summon a golf cart to get around and that's not always pleasant in the cold and rain. Prices for all restaurants, resort sponsored activities, spa, etc. are outrageously expensive.

Staff was extremely helpful. Grounds were kept impeccably. The ability to book appointments at Mii Amo was nice.

The room number wasn’t the number number of the casita (e.g. room number 218 was casita 18) which made finding the casita upon return to the property difficult.
