A true family owned B&B! The family that runs the place is amazing! They make a chef level breakfast. Extermy helpful and nice.

Tranquility was very nice

Low water shower pressure, very small shower, no counter space in bathroom, had to pay $100.00 extra for TV and first floor, no elevator, mosquitoes, no phone, breakfast serve 8:00am-8:45am only but great service by a cute 13 year old Asian girl. No service Lodge, needed more towel, nobody to call, no phones, nobody in lobby. Host very nice. I give this place a 3 star.

This hotel was a complete and total fraud. The description in the listing is COMPLETELY different from the property itself. First of all - the property claimed that they did not have my credit card information via Booking.com (I book frequently via Booking.com and this is something I have never experienced before). Turns out they were seeking my credit card directly from me so they could charge it directly and not have to incur the fee from Booking.com. I arrived at the property and there was no one on site to check me in. Furthermore, upon arrival it was evident that the facility was a facility for patients that were undergoing various treatments (detoxing, wellness, etc.) - we chose the property to stay at as it was listed as a luxury hotel - this was certainly not the case. Upon walking into the lobby there were vats of used needles for Labcorp from patients staying at the facility. I went into the kitchen to try to retrieve a water and there was a plethora of enema treatments in the refrigerator. I went into the room we had booked and there were two incredibly old twin beds - not queens as listed. There was no one at the property the first day as I mentioned to speak to about the property not meeting our expectation or anywhere close to what was on the Booking.com listing. First thing in the morning, I raised my concerns with the staff and they were extremely apologetic and told me that they know the property is not close to what was listed and that we should not have been charged the rate for the patients that were staying at the property. They told me that they had to call the doctor that owned the property to seek approval to credit us for the cost of the stay and that they would allow us to check out early. Sadly, when they spoke to the doctor, the doctor/owner refused to credit us. The staff member called me back extremely apologetic about the situation and that she was disgusted by their lack of flexibility and fully understood our decision to leave.
