The location was amazing, check in great and communication. Loved the kettle heater.

The shower curtain didn’t hold in the shower water and ended up covering the bathroom floor and had to use the supplied towels for that mess. Probably something that’s been just unreported but would def want to fix it so mold doesn’t grow in bathroom. Pillows were not comfortable for sleeping.

The room was amazing with a great view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. The shampoo & conditioner were great.

That there is no check in desk. Everything is done through your phone. My first message said the key code would be the last 4 digits of my phone number. When we got there we were tired and wanted to just get into the room but could not find anyone and the sign on the door said call. The room we were in had a lock box with we were sent another message with the code. Very confusing but we loved the room. Unfortunately we were only there a short time and very got to use the nice kitchen it had. Dishes but no coffee.

Star Motel has a stellar location! I the rooms where comfortable and had all the basic necessities fulfill! I do feel the price was a little high, however, it might be the season chosen for travel! we were comfortable, and it was very easy to walk around town! the only thing I was not very pleased with was the tv didn’t work to well (the signal was always buffering) but in reality, you don’t go to Sedona to stay in your hotel! so it was ok! thank you!!

It was perfect for what I needed. Very clean. Cute kitchenette. Very convenient location central to walking shops/restaurants. Simple. Great value. Easy check-in, no key to keep up with.

Trash collection wake-up call in the morning

The Star Motel is a cute little renovated motel right in the heart of Sedona. We loved that we had a parking spot so we could just stroll to dinner and drinks in uptown. The room is spare and simple, but all you need—and for Sedona, a bargain! Views of the red rocks right outside the door. I would definitely use this as a base for hiking adventures again.

The bathroom was a bit small—but the shower was strong, and everything was perfectly serviceable.

The location was excellent! We parked our car right in front of our room and walked everywhere we wanted to walk to in town.

I liked that this hotel is near a few trails, many restaurants and shops and you can walk to it all. The room was clean. There was a couple cobwebs in the corners but bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fairly clean. A little outdated but no real complaints. It was exactly what we needed which was a clean bed to sleep on and a place to shower. It’s simple and we liked it. It was quiet at night.

After taking a shower, there was a mildew smell. The faucet dripped in the bathroom. There were a couple of spiderwebs in the corner but other than that it was great.

Location walking distance to shopping center/Restaurants.

Although not much that can be done, due to the close proximity to a main street, there was noise from cars driving by.

Great location in Uptown Sedona. Able to walk to trailhead of amazing hikes.

The price is high for what it is - it is a motel with no amenities and they do not provide daily housekeeping.

Such an awesome little spot. Very simple But had everything we needed. We had been camping but it got too cold for our son so we grabbed this place on a whim. Loved the beds and the amenities were very nice. Love a boutique motel🤎

We couldn’t find the remote. But it was okay 🙂
