We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff is well versed and prompt whenever you ask for anything. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable.

Our only issue happened on our arrival. It was after dark when we got there and we were tired after a full day of travel. My husband walked to the bar and ordered a coke for himself and a glass of wine for me which he brought to the room. When I got the bill, I saw they charged me $52 for a glass of white wine. Too much for me but I guess we should have asked!

Andrew at the front desk made me feel so at ease with my own challenges alone and in a wheelchair. When my family later arrived to Join me, the whole staff went above and beyond in making my sons 9th birthday special with a surprise cake, smores, and balloons in the room. Dinner at their restaurant was wonderful and service was fabulous. They treated me with nothing less then grace and gratitude. IF your looking for luxury camping experiences, or private 5 star crackling fires nestled on the creek in Arizona's magical Sedona . This is the place for you. I was originally at the amora hotel, and was asked to leave half way through my trip because they couldn't take partial payments during my stay. Even after i told them I had a daily limit. They embarrassed me and abandoned me when i asked for help after falling out of my wheelchair. Thank goodness L'Auberge was available and made me forget the nightmare I had to endure from management at Amora hotel. Thank you to everyone at L'Auberge for your patience and support in achieving a lovely experience I'll never forget.

That i couldnt stay forever

L'Auberge is superior to all expectations! The location is in the heart of town however upon entering the grounds of the property it feels as if you've been swept away into oasis and are secluded miles away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist packed downtown area. The hotel provides free rides within a couple mile radius which is more then sufficient. All rooms looked beautiful in their own way and provide a different element to what a customer is seeking. We opted for the units above the entry to the property with mountain views. It was ABSOLUTELY incredible! The room was spacious, luxurious, and so comfortable. Outside shower was amazing and very liberating to use. Service provided throughout our stay was immaculate. They were quick to respond and address any of our needs or requests and always with a smile. Food was adequate however for me personally nothing to drool about. Overall this is a SPECTACULAR place to stay and deserves all the praises. I highly highly recommend L'Auberge and I can't wait for my next stay there!

Food can be better! Its adequate but lacking that flare presentation and robust flavors of what one would expect from an expensive luxurious dining experience.

Really enjoyed my stay at L'Auberge, although I don't think I benefited from all of the services. They have a slew of experiences you can sign up for (yoga, sound baths, etc). The pool is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the complimentary breakfasts each morning!

The rooms could definitely use a little update. I stayed in a king room and found it a bit smaller than I expected with not as much natural light as I'd like. I didn't find the restaurant to be particularly amazing. It's in a lovely spot by the creek, but requires a long walk or a car ride into town and you don't have views of the red rocks.

Hotel experience was excellent.... pricy but we think it was worth it for a once in a while splurge. Staff was very friendly and helpful despite a no tip policy. Good Job.!

The restaurant experience was disappointing! WE went for a special birthday treat and signed up for a price fix special dinner overlooking the creek. When we arrived for our reservation, we were told there was some problem in the kitchen, and they were not doing the dinner special. They gave us the bar menu and it took two hours and forty minutes for us to get our meal. Very disappointing! !

The food was good. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the bell desk were very friendly.

Our room was right over a service area that was loud and unpleasant. Really couldn’t use the balcony due to this. There was no place to sit a tray down for room service. We had to use a suitcase stand. The food service was extremely slow. Over an hour for dinner and 30 minutes to get served for breakfast in the restaurant. Was not informed of the car service by the front desk-found out from someone on property that was a guest.

The staff are excellent, very responsive and non-evasive. Sooooo helpful and thoughtful.

We were a little disappointed in the food. It was hit and miss, which is not good for the prices they charge. The beet arugula salad was mostly greens, hardly any beets. As opposed to the beet salad we had at PumpHouse, it paled. The mushroom ravioli and French onion soup were excellent. The omelets were average, nothing special. I was surprised that the wheat toast looked like something out of a bag rather than a nice hearty local slice.

Staff and service was wonderful, especially with the rain.

Phone system; could not make it work. Resorted to my cell phone. In room dining: awkward, no place for a tray, no table. View from the room was not the greatest: roof tops and parking lot. Love to see Oak Creek Entrance to the hotel is understated to the extreme..

Excellent restaurant, friendly staff, fun classes! My favorite part was the river behind the property!!

Our room smelled like sewage that was being disguised by an essential oil diffuser with strong blend of smelly oils. Grout seemed dirty in shower, pelaron wasn’t working in gym.

Wonderful scenery, our cabin overlooked the river. Secluded and very private, although a long walk from The Central reception. Centrally located in Sedona and easy just to walk out to the centre of town.

Restaurant terribly short staffed and inexperienced manager incapable of dealing with long waiting times and frustrated guests. Although the rooms have fireplace and climate control, the bathrooms are COLD.
