Enjoyed the layout of the facility with central spa and hotel rooms dispersed around. Heated pool, large jacuzzi, and dry sauna was great after hikes in the area. Loved the central location 👌 Had rental car to get around but a good amount of activities are within walking distance. Loved having kitchenette for making easy breakfast and prepping lunches before going hiking.

Just for awareness when you check in a $25 resort fee will be charged for each room per night.

How quiet the property was. Our view to the pool. The comfort and amenities of the room. The HOT TUB at night was a favorite. And the LOCATION by Tlaquepaque could not be beat! Loved how centrally located it was to everything and easy to get anywhere from there.

Booking online omits the resort fee, so you don't get a fair comparison with other places. That was a surprise. No robes in the rooms was an inconvenience.

Pool Jacussi were super good! Room was quiet, comfortable with excellent furnishings, Roomy and welcoming. Grounds are outstanding, Parking was ample conveient. Invironmental systems were excellent. We were happy with our stay and would return if the oppertunity arises. The bed and furnishings, comfortable and clean.

Coffee in the morning. Not the package in the room, but real fresh is industry standard. Had to drive to a starbucks; Underwhelming to say the least. Couldnt even get good direction to a offsight coffee shop. Was just told "go to the top of the hill". Im a stranger, not good! Come on, Dont call that "resort" standard. Also, didn't appreciate being accausted by a time share salesman after check in.

We love the resort. Have stayed two separate times in the month of June. We stayed in one bedroom studios both times. Our last room, while we loved the location, outside spa tub and shower, it could use a full length mirror on the wall or back of a door. Was difficult to see my fancy dress in the mirror in the bathroom only. Richard at the front was amazing as was Margaret with yoga, and the recommendations for birthday festivities were spot on!! Overall, great customer service and experience all around! We are planning to come back in August!

Again, just the mirror in the suite was missing, in our opinion

Location to Tlaquepaque shopping center is excellent, you can walk, just be prepared for uphill and downhill spots. Driving with in minutes of Downtown but traffic is very busy. Had 2Nd floor room, with balcony over a pond was great, but NO elevator. Room was fine and kitchen area fine for a longer stay. Had everything you needed. You can tell it’s a little older, a lot of scars, etc on counters, couch little uncomfortable to sit on. The sheer curtains in the living room where ripped, shows the age. Bed was very comfortable but pillows way to soft for us. For a longer stay, they had bbq areas, play areas, etc...which is good especially for families. Was very quiet which was nice.

Pillows to soft. Restaurant Meal selection was just ok. Wished it served breakfast, would have been great. Would have been nice to have a live band for a happy hour.

The location was great, the room was good after we were moved out of our original room (which would be have been fine except water was leaking in through the doors (entry door and patio door). Free laundry was a huge bonus! The rooms have nice amenities (big fridge, microwaves, toaster, full coffee pot).

We arrived 30 minutes prior to check in and our room wasn't ready, which is fine. We were told we would get a call as soon as the room was ready. We went to the hotel bar/restaurant to grab a quick drink while we waited. Nearly 2 hours later, with no call I went back to find out they had forgotten to call us. There were no apologies for making us wait so long (and waste money in the bar which was just so so). Then when we finally did get to our room, we noticed the carpet was wet by the door and the patio. Maintenance was called and they put pool noodles by the doors to try and stop the water coming in the room. We were finally given a new room, which was a nice upgrade. The parking situation near the rooms is tight, we had to park VERY far away from our room and it was pouring rain!

The location is perfect. We ate at the Spoke & Wheel restaurant at the hotel. The restaurant was very nice and the food was fantastic! Service was great as well! The staff was very friendly (restaurant and hotel). The room was very spacious and clean.

Our first room key didn't work so I had to walk back to the main building to get new keys made. In all honesty, I was expecting them to send someone to the room with new keys to keep me from having to walk. But despite that, the second set of keys worked and we had no further issues with the door. There is a rattling sound coming from the vanity area which is attached to the bedroom which did keep waking us up. It seemed to be connected to the A/C. Perhaps it should be looked at and fixed. Just annoying. (Rm 233).

I love that this property offers a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook with it saves me a ton of money to do other things in Sedona rather than spending it on eating out. There was a full sized coffee pot, pots and pans, blender, dishes. The property is beautiful with flowers every where, convenient shopping, saltwater pool. I absolutely love this location this is my go to location for Sedona

There was nothing I did not like

This is our third time staying here, and we love Los Abrigados for its location - we walk to Tlaquepaque and Uptown, and the creek and family golf are favorites. We also love the pools, both the kiddie pool for our children and the larger "adult" pool and hot tub when we are all more subdued. This was the first time we also used the gym and took some excellent morning yoga classes - this made our stay here all the more wonderful.

We love the location and the amenities. Most years we use spa, gym, pool. Sometimes the massage and painting classes. This year just the excellent gym. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the tlaq festivities. The room itself is reasonable size. The side chair is comfortable.

The king size bed is so-so (too bouncy). The sofa bed is uncomfortable for sitting or laying on. Have not extended it for sleeping. The dinette table is ok, but the dinette chairs are hard-backed wood only and not comfortable. The patio chairs are also very basic and not that comfortable unless bed pillows are added. The limited kitchen is also very so-so and rudimentary/sparse on kitchenware. Yet we've been coming here for 20+ years (ILX days) because of the central location (for tourist shopping) and the resort amenities. Those looking for comfy rooms as top priority should consider the Hyatt Pinon Point, Ridge at Sedona (Village of Oak Creek) and the Sedona Wyndham first.
