All was fine and a great value for the price. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I needed to change rooms due to wanting to be in the main building and not have to walk outside to get to the hot tub. I was very happy that they had a hot tub and brought my suit as I saw that feature online. They changed us asap. a light was out in the room and they came and changed the bulb out asap. It is only .5 mile to the adorable old town of Williams and went to the shops and a restaurant upon our arrival. There is a Dollar General right next store for any last minute things that you may have forgotten. It is walking distance to the Grand Canyon Train station as well and is only 1 hour drive straight up the 64 to get to the Grand Canyon South Entrance. Highly recommend this little historic town on old route 66 and driving the hour of the rest of way to the Grand Canyon versus staying right outside the Grand Canyon in Tusayan, AZ which was more than 3 times the cost of the room for the same days/nights in Tusayan at the Holiday Inn express etc.
It would have been nice if mini yogurts for the free breakfast or fruit. i.e. like apples and/or bananas would have been available. I had raisin bran and milk instead and an apple juice. There was a waffle maker, toast, muffins, mini donuts and mini cinnamon sweet rolls. There is also a "fancy" cafe mocha type machine in addition to just plain coffee available - we had all the we needed really for a quick, free breakfast before getting on the road to the Grand Canyon.

What a charming little hotel in the most charming town of Williams along the route 66. We were pleasantly surprised by the pool and jacuzzi. Reception staff was friendly. There was also a grocery store next to the hotel with excellent prices. The Grand Canyon railway station is just across the road and all facilities of the town are within a short walking distance.
The breakfast room was a bit small so it's a bit of a struggle to find a seat or a long queue to get your coffee. The breakfast was basic but for the excellent price of the room why should we complain. We are grateful to get something before setting off for the Grand Canyon.

Pleasant experience with the staff. The rooms were clean and warm. I was thankful they not only plowed the snow that overwhelmed the area during our stay, but they provided snow cleaning tools and shovels to get our cars out. We came to see the Grand Canyon with snow and this place did a fantastic job at making that possible.
About the only thing I didn't like was the color skeem in the hallways. It might sound a bit weird but the hallways looked identical to the hallways from Jeffery Dahmers apartment building as seen on Netflix. I would highly recommend at least changing the color skeem in the hallways.

Staff was very polite. Our rooms were across from each other. I am disabled and forgot to request a bottom floor, I called to change it and they did it with no hesitation. We went to polar express and it was with in walking distance the rooms were so warm I had to turn heater off. The beds we very comfortable and could actually sleep. It was clean and you could tell maintained. The bathrooms had a rain forest shower head. We found out they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi so now finding my next reason to stay there this place is great In price and comfort and my new stay at while in williams 😀
Everything was great

Overall, this hotel provides good amenities for its price range and should satisfy everybody's expectations. I especially liked the cozy carpet inside the room and the fact that the bathroom sink existed outside the actual bathroom, which is great whenever different people want to use the different parts of the bathroom. There are plenty of fast-food restaurants in the area too, and the staff was nice and always around (24h).
The breakfast could've been better (variety and quality). If you book this hotel during a trip to the Grand Canyon (and chances are since Williams is a very small town), please keep in mind that it's still more than 1h from it, so if you're hoping to be as near as possible to it (for the sunrise, for example), maybe it's better to book something closer.

We stayed here overnight as a quick getaway with our twin grandkids age 7. Our main destinations were Bearizona and the Deer Farm. After a long day with animals the indoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to relax. Staff was very friendly and the location was close to down town with easy access to I-40. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The shower was awesome! The breakfast was disappointing but there were a couple things the kids grabbed to hold them over. Overall we all thought the place was worthy of staying there again next time
Breakfast could have been better. The waffles smelled great but it was an hour wait for those

great location, very clean & decent breakfast for an inexpensive price. shower head & pressure was surprisingly nice as well!
breakfast had 0 healthy options. no fruit, or yogurt. i didn’t mind because i love waffles, but just be aware of all sugary cereals, muffins, cinnamon rolls & waffles at this location. also there was a weird rip in the middle of our curtain. we didnt mind & joked about it being a scene out of a movie with a snipper hole, but curtains are cheap & easy to replace if the hotel put $20 into it.

The hotel provides all the basic amenities you expect for the price - nice clean room, comfy beds, coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Location is very close to everything in Williams - train station, restaurants, downtown area. Hotel provides free parking in the adjacent area. Very good value for money.
Breakfast area was a bit small and crowded, food selection could be better (add yogurts, eggs). The building looks a bit dated on the outside, but it isn't much representative of the service and comfort it provides.

Excellent value, I got a great deal on 2 rooms. The rooms were simple but clean and had all the basics. Fairly quiet when we visited in early February. Less than an hour drive from the Grand Canyon. Free breakfast and pool/hot tub were a bonus.
It's an older hotel so a little rough around the edges. The breakfast was pretty basic (toast, pre-packaged muffins, cereal etc.) and we didn't love that everything was in disposable packages and styrofoam.
