The hotel is near the highway that leads to the main attractions such as Sedona, Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. Very convenient location and breakfast was okay. Can't complain because its the same for other hotels we have stayed before. One thing for sure that I like is its close to the market square, little downtown area, that has restaurant, bars, and gift shops all in one location. It was nice to be able to take a walk around and have fun. This hotel is pet friendly and our yorkie didn't feel anxiety or stress at all, therefore overall our stay was very pleasant. Thank you staff. :)
Don't have any complaints.

Great from check in to departure. Greeted by front desk clerk Cruise (sp?) who made the process easy. He was well informed, answered all my questions clearly and was a very positive helpful person. Great room location, parking was perfect and accommodations for my pet as well. Comfy room and clean, well staffed breakfast room.
Walls a bit thin, so noise leaked through from the adjoining rooms (conversations and tv), and TV remote (Dish) did not work well despite trip to front desk and various strategies to make it work better.

Although i hoped the breakfast would have more options it was decent and you could make your own waffles, what I didn’t like was that anyone could just wander in to the buffet from off property, there were people coming in with half gallon jugs and filling them with coffee and juices and just taking food to go, this created an uneasy environment as the eating area is set up to accommodate guests only but there was no type of monitoring who was there so it became crowded very quickly, the homeless community is definitely aware they can eat free here, not really fair to those who paid. I suggest getting there at 6:20 since it opens at 6:30 so you can beat the rush, other than that everything at this quality in was very nice, just monitor your buffet.

All of the front desk staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location was great. Loved being close to downtown Williams but far enough to not hear the trains horns all day and night.
Only con was the breakfast. A little more variety each day would be nice for folks staying multiple days. On the last day, breakfast service was unfortunately very slow. Many of the main items like eggs, bread, milk were empty for a long time. Appeared to only have one person managing so maybe just a little more help is needed.

It was conveniently located next to all the gas stations and right off the HWY. Linh was AMAZING. She really cared about my son and I. The first room we got smelled awful, when I called her to inform her she quickly fixed the issue by changing our room and it was perfect. Room was so comfy my son and I wish we could have stayed longer. No deposit just need to have card on file and pet fee was only 25. Price of hotel was on point even more for a last min call.
Breakfast was not great. Wish they had better options for the warm food but I will say it was kept stocked and clean by Staff member.

The price was the best I could find in a hotel in Williams that offered free breakfast and had a pool. We were very satisfied with the pool area. It overlooked the Forrest. The breakfast was pretty good! Waffles, eggs, and sausage. The second day we staid they had the yummy cubed potatoes. Plus side was there were two food trucks parked out front. We had the Mexican place and ate our food by the pool! Mavericks is right across the street so we grabbed dessert there. Only downside is downtown is a bit of a walk. Doable but we had our kids with us so we drove. We visited Bearizona and the Grand Canyon which were not far from the hotel. Bearizona was 5 min and the grand canyon was an hour.
We had to drive into downtown. Nothing but the maverick was walking distance.

Stopped for a night before going into Grand Canyon. Everything was nice, short drive to the little town for food and grocery and reasonably prced gas etc.

Staff was so friendly, welcoming. We arrived late at 8:15 pm but had no problems with check-in. Front desk really helped us to find a place quickly for dinner before the 9pm cutoff time in Williams , Breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, raison bran cereal, homemade oatmeal, cappuccino, toast, fruits like apple, orange, juices and unlimited water. Shower was the best I ever had in any hotel as the water pressure was perfectly powerful and strong. Great value for the price.
Everything was as expected or better.

Staff was very nice & helpful! Room was very nice! One of the breakfast cleaning ladies was super nice in grabbing me a extra vanilla creamer when they were out. Super appreciative!
Didn’t have real curtains the first night! We just had the ones that were decoration. Yes we had looked behind to see if they were there. We had our room facing the parking lot & someone parked right outside our window. Was super uncomfortable. Used clips from a hanger to close the decoration ones so that we could have privacy. Luckily the maids put one up for us for the second night! Cheez it was also seen under the bed so could use some more thorough vacuuming. We did not bring cheeze its. Also should warn folks they don’t need to use key to unlock outside doors as it messed ours up & we had to go replace keys. But seriously this is only constructive criticism!! Loved the front desk.

Free parking lot, wide spacious room, deeply renovated. It was very quiet, ideal for sleeping. It is in the outskirts of Williams, a very important town on Route 66 and that makes it perfect for resting too. The room has all the necessary things to spend a night or two.
I was 10 days travelling thru Utah and Arizona and it was the poorest breakfast that I had. Bread just included sandwich bread, no bagels. There was no cream cheese to prepare toasts or no muffins or rolls, which I could enjoy everywhere else, for instance. There were no eggs of any kind either. I consider the price to be a little high, taking into account the quality/price relation, though I understand that it is just 50 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park and Williams is pretty much visited.
