The room was clean, but I froze during the night. Do I use the thermostat on wall or the window unit to maintain the room temperature. The shuttle service was a godsend, since my car was frozen shut on my way TO the airport, 5:45 departure, and an answer to my prayers after my LONG wait, hold, wait, 12:00 AM return. My car was at the hotel, thawed, but stranded/

My flight was REALLY delayed on my return flight, so I called to make sure my room was available. The call was taken by a company in Florida, which said I did not have a room reserved. On the phone for 30-45 minutes, while boarding my plane, holding on the taxi way, eventually had to re-make my reservation. I was home for at least a week when I came across my reservation I DID have for my room on the return flight on February 6. So I was charged $106 instead of $78.50. AND I WAS SICK. Not exactly the ending I had hoped for following a wonderful week with my grandson, and my NEW granddaughter.

The rate was very reasonable. The king bed room that I had was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very nice. The entire staff was friendly and took time to even pet my dog and chit chat for several minutes. The cleaning ladies were very sweet. The location is great for those guests flying into the NWA airport (XNA).

Unfortunately, the pool/hot tub was closed due to their pipes bursting over the Christmas holiday when the temps fell to below zero. Please don't misunderstand, this was in no way the hotel's fault. While the pet fee of $35 for my entire stay was more than reasonable, I just wish that registered guests would pick up after their dogs. Please don't ruin it for those of us that do.

Staff was great! Breakfast was great! Nice variety & mix of food daily. Internet/WiFi was better than most hotels. Cleaning staff was Excellent!

Some lights in our room didn't work. Lighting was terrible. One TV didn't work. We chose this location partly because of the indoor pool... Indoor pool was closed our entire 2 week stay. Water dripping from above side exit directly on our head, should/could have been fixed. Carpet in hallway was soaked due to leaks somewhere. King size mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

The fact that my plane had me arrived into hightville at 2:00 a.m. the staff was more than happy to get me right into a room so I didn't have to wait or pay extra for check in. The two ladies at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

What I didn't like was that I had a $25 and deposit taken at time of check-in to be released at time of checkout which it's not a lot of money it's just that it's been pending for over 4 weeks and is not going back to my account it's kind of annoying every time I open up my app for my banking but Wingate has been proactive on helping me resolve the issue.

I like the location, the price per night, breakfast and cleaning ness, and friendly staff.

What I didn't like was that a lot of flies everywhere, and every time we come back to our room smelled a lot like somebody was smoking inside. I think the bathroom vents are connected to each bathroom and the smell went to other rooms. I told the cleaning ladies and they were very helpful, put some coffee on the ac vent to help with the smell and gave us some fabreze, ones the people smoking left the problem stopped.

Facilities were fantastic but of all the hotels we stayed in on our trip to Los Angeles - the front desk staff did little more than their job. We didn't feel welcomed and this is sad coming from a southerner!

The staff did little more than the bare minimum. Attention and smile for the customer would go a long way! We reported a leaky window and piece of flooring needing Attention- you would think they would have thanked us for bringing this to their attention- not!

Pet friendly. We go no where without our babies, the staff is amazing like none other. Friendly at the door, the cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting just about everyone. Not one bad thing to say about anyone. It's out in the middle of no where, but no where else we would want to stay!

That the pool and fitness center were outta commission. I heard they had a pipe bust last year and they still hadn't got it fixed.

Everything. They had friendly staff, food for breakfast was hot, and they lady worked hard to refill it. We had a fantastic house keeper that left us a lovely note. It was needed. We were there due to my aunt in ICU and eventually passing. The staff did not know this, and they were still amazing. I'm even booked for another night foe the funeral this weekend.

The pool was closed for renovation. My personal choice.

I loved that this property was off by itself yet easily accessible to town. Had lots of grassy areas surrounding ..(we brought dogs so that was key) and it was a quick/easy drive to restaurants and shops. the room had everything we needed..comfortable beds, clean sheets, nice lounging chair, all the essentials. very quiet location and great staff! perfect for a good nights rest after exploring NWA all day! thank you for having us.

a few minor maintenance paint touch ups to walls and doors could be done but this didn’t affect our stay here.

Very nice front desk staff, great breakfast buffet, some different things on it.. Rooms are clean and large with very comfortable beds, elevators are also large and clean. Great amenities and they don't charge you 3 bucks for a bottle of water from their pantry. Total price for the night was just shy of 80 bucks Tough to beat with these kind of amenities. Special kudos to Angela, who keeps the buffet filled and the breakfast area clean while driving the airport shuttle on time. If I has a dozen more like her, I'd hire them all and open my own hotel. Great place all-around, this is my first 5 star review in many years.

Honestly, there wasn't a single thing I didn't like.
