Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff, the room, the location was excellent. Just sitting in the lobby was very peaceful. Enjoyed every minute of my stay. Could not ask for anything more. I want to thank Kinsey for keeping in touch with me through my stay to see if I needed anything and to find out if everything was going well. I really appreciate that. Kinsey really cares on who stays at the hotel.. In my book, that is excellent customer service. I will always come back to my home away from home. This hotel deserves more than a 10 rating and a 5 star rating. You pay for what you get and more. This hotel is number #1 . I used to go to Branson but now I will be gong to Rogers because of the number #1 hospitality. The atmosphere is very peaceful their and the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. My girlfriend loved the jetted tub and wants to come back to stay longer. Until next time.......

I didn’t catch her name, but the girl who checked us in was very friendly and informative. Large spacious room.

Roadwork underway made it very difficult to get around and thru to property, concert venue was right next door and people had taken up all the parking, some of the employees were a little rude while serving omelettes and bartending the night before. The pool area and hot tub are quite small compared to how large the hotel is. Lots of kids at all hours so we didn’t get to enjoy a little relaxing soak.

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Ive stayed here and had birthday parties here. Very nice.

The thermostat was locked on 65 which was PERFECT, however I was on the top floor (6th floor, which I wanted) but due to the heat/humidity outside temp in the room only dropped to 71. A bit warm but tolerable. Also, the shower could have been cleaned a bit better - still had cleaner residue on fixtures and walls, should have called the front desk but didn't.

We were there because it was attached to the convention center. It was an excellent experience,. The room was wonderful, breakfast was delicious! I was unable to experience anything else because of how busy I was, but I am confident it would have been great!

The only problem we ran into was onsite dining. The coffee shop closes at 11am, and the dining places don't open until 5pm and close at 9 or 10pm. It may have just been us, but every meal we attempted to get we had to order from somewhere else, when we would have ordered from the hotel if it was an option.

My family and I were going to the Disturbed concert and the walk to the amphitheater was great. Breakfast the following morning was enjoyed by everyone and we were impressed by the eggs your way kitchen.

At the breakfast bar it would be good to have silverware and plates at both ends.

the property was nice and very well taken care of. the breakfast was amazing.

there was a $50 hold on my debit card when I checked out. when I checked in I was told they would need a card for accidentals but was not told there would be a hold on my account. when I call to dispute the charge the staff said, oh that’s standard procedure. it was just discouraging. If they are going to do that they need to tell people when they check in!

bathroom needs remodeled, was clean but run down and dated also Rogers area water tastes disgusting, they ought to provide bottled water in the room price was too high for what you get, but there were some events going on in town so I guess I understand

The breakfast each morning was nice. The guy making the omelets was really good at taking the orders and getting the food out as fast as possible. The staff was friendly. The happy hour was nice.

The pool was closed for an entire day during our stay which was a bummer but we understood the need to clean and maintain the pool.

the pool had 18 boys in the pool, no adults in sight, they were all at least 14 and under. I watched families come in and leave without swimming, it was sad. I did talk to mgmt, they acted quickly, but my kids were done swimming, they used the hot tub.

If if I had to complain about anything it will be the bartenders during happy hour. Drinks were just a little water down. And if you want to get personal the toilet paper was a little rough.
