We love this hotel! We probably won't stay anywhere else now that we've found them. The front desk staff is fabulous, the rooms are great, we LOVE the pool area, and they were more than accommodating when we needed a bottom floor room this time with my husband dealing with the effects of radiation treatment and not sure he could climb up and down stairs. We will definitely be back.

🙂I don't know of anything we didn't like. The restaurant is always great, there was a misunderstanding about the kind of fish I wanted with the waitress, but it was corrected and the catfish was fantastic!

Our room was very clean, and it smelled nice. The pool is the best in Eureka Springs. It had a large 2 foot area for my young grandchild, as well as a nice deeper area for bigger kids and adults. The water fall in the pool was a nice bonus. Also, the gaming area was fantastic. Putt putt and corn hole games are free. The restaurant was wonderful. Delicious food with nice portions, very friendly and thorough staff at the restaurant. Finally, check in and check out was so easy. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We won’t stay anywhere else in Eureka Springs. Definitely give this facility a 10 out 10.

I have no complaints!

The breakfast itself is good, however we were surprised that the breakfast does not include the kids. It is unclear from the booking.com website. In addition we expected breakfast to be more of a standard buffet style, but instead it was a restaurant. Therefore breakfast took much longer than expected, and there was usually waiting time before being seated.

Location, clean, comfy beds, nice pool area with nice outside chairs and tables, activity area, outside movie in evening. Great restaurant. Great price.

Cable was out first night. Ac was not the best. It cooled great but the fan control you couldn’t turn down so it wouldn’t blow so much. We had to turn off at night. Had to walk across the parking lot to the only vending machine. Not much to choose from.

Pleasantly surprised. Very good value. Nice atmosphere. Grounds were kept very nice with foliage and flowers. Pool area with waterfall was great. Movies shown poolside the 3 nights we were there was a nice touch. We enjoyed the game area with putt-putt. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very nice and accommodating. We ate breakfast every morning in the restaurant and enjoyed it. You could tell the management cared about providing good service.

Loud air conditioner. But it did crank out the cold air! Signs around saying things were out of order like the ice maker on our floor so had to go to another floor to get ice. Would have preferred designated smoking areas so wouldn't have to smell other guests' cigarette smoke.

The Staff are the friendliest, most helpful people! Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pool and recreational area were amazing.

The only issue was locating which building our room was located. The buildings could use signage... A, B, C. The staff provided a map to our room location. However, it was still a little tricky to find.

I have been going here for 20 years and have always enjoyed my stays. Love the restaurant (a favorite for locals too) The pool and entertainment area is so great for families and couples! Definitely my go-to. No other hotel here offers what they do.

Buildings are older so rooms are smaller than the average best western, but comfy and clean.

Liked the restaurant on the premises and all the extra amenities! It was nice that they had free put-put and out door movies playing at the pool at night and it wasn’t loud at all. Over all it was a clean safe place!

Just wished the arcade games worked/ they were all out of order. And the pool could have been a little cleaner.

The restaurant was excellent and a main reason for selecting the property. Especially since many of the area restaurants were closed Sunday till Thursday. The older lady on the afternoon evening was very nice. Great service and best salad bar

I work in the industry as a director of sales for Wyndham and understan what restrictions Covid has put on our industry and added costs. I would have liked the option to have sheets changed for an added cost.

Great location and amenities! The kids loved the game room and so did I... the pool was great and very kid friendly, late night movie at the pool was also a hit... bathroom area was great size, nice water pressure, never was hot in the room and staff was great!! Breakfast was delicious! Would stay again!

VERY minor thing but i know it may be more important to others... pillows were squishy, im more of a firm pillow person. That being said, i was still very able to sleep! Mattress was comfy.
