When we checked in, we found that we weren't in the new upgraded room we saw pictures of online. We were in a musty, older one. But, we went to the desk, and asked about the renovated rooms, and were told they had one left for a slight fee. We took it. It was soooo much nicer than the original. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The location was good. It wasn't too far from Main Street (need a car or get a trolley ticket), and there were lots of restaurants nearby.

I didn't like that there wasn't an option to choose the renovated room when reserving.

I truly loved everything and well as my companion too. The staff was so friendly and treated us like family. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable to us. The beds were exceptional and very comfortable as well. The staff gave us the name of the mattress that was on the bed and as soon as we got home we ordered the mattress for ourselves. So comfortable. Everyone was nice. We enjoyed our stay our first night and decided to stay and additional night and booked the room. I as well loved the feature of the receiving the room number and using a code to get into room. So very easy.

The second night on our stay we had to stay upstairs and I am handicap but did very well. The mattress on the bed was a spring mattress and was not very comfortable. I know that the staff said that remodel to those was upcoming soon. I would not change another thing there. all was so good

The room was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable! An added bonus: There happened to be a food truck in an adjacent parking lot, and we enjoyed delicious late-night tacos. TV was great. We didn't get to the salt-water pool, but the pool looked clear and inviting!

Check-in and Check-out were both awkward. I had to find someone in the office and initiate and guide the process both times. Once, the worker walked away and didn't return to take my key back. We would return to this property, though.

Kim and the other staff were wonderful! We had a freshly remodeled room - it was beautiful and clean. the beds were very comfortable, and the chairs and little table we were provided for sitting outside were a really nice touch! The hotel didn’t look like much on the outside but the rooms and staff were so nice that we plan on staying here again.

Only had one real issue - our electric key wouldn’t unlock the door to our room but Kim got us a regular key for our room and we were good to go!

This is my third stay with The Candlewick inn and Suites I love the easy self check-in and check-out. Love the pool, Love the glass top black tables and chairs and the ashtrays just outside the rooms. The young Gentleman who was on duty very cordial and welcoming. And the prices are the best oh your beds and pillows are so comfortable.

1 thing a small thing but a small microwave on top the fridge would be give you a Total 10+ to heat a Danish or left over pizza..

The staff were very friendly and courteous and check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable for our one night stay as we were passing through Eureka Springs. It was in a good location clustered along the main road with a lot of the other accommodations and restaurants in the Eureka Springs area. And it was easy to get to our sightseeing spot the Thorncrown Chapel.

The room was not as pictured like the one advertised on the Booking.com site. The decor was not updated as pictured, but was a standard motel room. I suppose the important thing is that the room was clean and comfortable enough for our stay. It just wasn't quite as expected.

I really liked that it was a virtual check in and they gave you the code to get into your room. We drove straight through for a wedding and ended up checking in fairly late, so we were exhausted! It was the easiest process that I have ever encountered for checking in!

The beds were a little firm for my taste, but once you lie in them for a minute, you sink in a little more, so even that wasn't really a complaint. You guys have fantastic reviews for a reason!

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The pool area was clean and had comfortable outdoor furniture. I like that there was a pin code to open the door, so I didn't have to worry about losing a key. The ice machine was clean. The beds were comfortable. The A.C worked great.

The only thing I did not like was the room did not have a microwave.

We had the standard double queen beds & they were comfortable. Kureg coffee pot was great, refrigerator but no microwave. Very clean, staff was so nice!!! The heated saltwater pool was simply fantastic!!! Very good location for everything!!! I would Highly recommend staying here!!! 😍

It was super clean, we stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was fantastic. we had a private balcony and it was so peaceful. The only issue we had was from other guests playing load music and revving their cars at 11 pm Friday night and then again before 7am Saturday morning. It was VW weekend and we were there to participate but they should have been more respectful of other guests. Otherwise it was a great weekend.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like.
