The rooms were very comfortable with free wifi, fridge, and microwave. The motel is old and showed some wear, but the room we were in (217) was facing the forest. We went to see the Passion Play and tour the Holy Lands. The motel was close to the Passion Play Road. Also, the trolley stops at the motel so we did not have to drive downtown. A bonus was the indoor swimming pool with movies shown from 8:00pm - 10:00pm. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend Wyndham 8! Oh, I forgot to mention the full breakfast daily! Eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereal. Loved it!

There is nothing we didn't like. Everything was wonderful!

The parking lot is way to small on I believe the east side of the building with other vehicles parked it’s hard to get my truck in and out of the parking spot.

Spacious room and great location, not far from downtown. Despite the storm coming in, I am very pleased with my visit to Eureka Springs. Shout out to the front desk agent, Maria for being so caring and going through the process to see if I was able to get a credit for the last day since I wanted to check out 1 day early. Maria was patient and kind, and she was able to issue a full credit for the last day. I will be returning to this location for future visits to Eureka Springs because of Maria and the clean property.

We would highly recommend the Super 8 by Wyndham in Eureka Springs. We travel quite a bit each summer, and I have to say that the staff we encountered during our stay were wonderful. From the evening and morning desk clerks to the breakfast ladies were so friendly and helpful. These were the best staff I have ever come across. I wish I had gotten their names. The evening clerk on June 13th and 14th and the morning clerk and breakfast ladies on the 14th and 15th deserve major applause. Jobs well done!!

Breakfast was amazing. Our room was clean and smelled nice.

The amount of seating in the Breakfast area was insufficient. We had to sit on couches to eat. The area was small and a bit crowded. Everyone was on top of each other. The only trashcan in the room was a small one in the bathroom. There really should be a bit larger one somewhere in the room. Take out, to go cups or even a water bottle couldn't fit in the trashcan provided.

The breakfast was awesome, staff was fantastic and very friendly. The cobbler with ice cream in the evening was a great treat!!

The property is very dated and needs some maintenance and repair. The pool area really needs a new coat of paint (at least one). It was all chipped off and peeling. The windows in the pool area were really in need of a good cleaning! Especially since that is the view that is on your website. The dead flies need to be cleaned from the windows at the bottom. The tops of the windows were good. I didn't like that our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. We had dirty towels and trash in the floor when we left.

Breakfast was great! The pool was nice with a movie playing at night. The rooms were big and clean with comfortable beds. My only complaint was that the room smelled very musty when we first went in, but after turning on the AC it was fine.

If the room didn't smell musty when we entered our room.

The staff was amazing, the hot breakfast was well stocked and always hot. The cobbler and ice cream was great for the kids. Beds were comfortable and clean. The trolley stopped right out front.

There was mold in our shower and rust around the bottom of the toliet. It is a older motel so there is paint peeling in the pool and hot tub. The chlorine was WAY to strong. It smelled like straight bleach and caused a rash on our skin. There was also a woman with multiple kids that allowed her child to physically assult multiple guests.

The location and parking are great if trailering in your motorcycles. The front desk staff was AMAZING! I wish I had gotten all of their names. They were beyond friendly. Super helpful with directions. They were the best part of the hotel.

Bed was a little soft for my preference.

The indoor pool area was very nice! It's beautiful. The hot tub was nice too. The breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc. There was plenty of food. The staff were all friendly. The room was quite large.

I would like to see some fruit with the breakfast. But for the price I paid, I can't really complain at all!
