Loved the layout, rooms were clean and orderly, staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast bar was our only real complaint. The staff did a great job with what they had to work with but everything except the banana and apple is pre-packaged and lacking. Like I said the staff was great no question we just think for the price they should consider a few more fresh items on the breakfast menu.

Good location. Walking distance to downtown. Bed was comfortable. AC worked.

The location, the staff and the cleanliness

The continental breakfast was just packaged foods. We would have liked a real breakfast buffet, not just prepackaged things.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy as well. We were within walking distance to Main st. and several restaurants, which made it a great location. The staff was friendly and efficient with our check in. They called ahead to check on our arrival time as we were running later than I had stated originaly, which I thought was wonderful. They had several caraffes of coffee ready at breakfast each day which was wonderful.

Altho it was only 2 stories I have trouble with my knees so climbing the stairs to our room was trouble some, when I return I'll get a room on the ground floor. Breakfast was non perishables which was ok but a hot meal would have been a nice touch for such a wonderful stay.

I loved having a dispensary on site. Great pool/hot tub area, but is outdated and needs to be updated. Centrally located and easy to get in and out of. The staff at the dispensary were so freaking helpful. Sean in particular made my experience worth while.

The beds are cheap and hard. The pool/hot tub are nice, but very outdated. Breakfast was a huge let down. We saw what looked like a hot bar and nice seating area and found nothing but prepackaged meals. Osage Creek is missing a really good opportunity with this hotel. It could be a destination place for Arkansans with medical cards. Make it kid free and offer “smoking areas” and make the food good. Redo the interior too. Hell, get a Chana Hut franchise in the lobby instead of affecting me prepackaged mini waffles to heat up in the microwave. Or get super healthy with it and offer actual healthy food.

The staff are really nice! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. They had fruit, yogurt and other snacks. However, they also had these awesome "breakfast bars" that were ham/egg/cheese and they also had breakfast bagels that were bacon/egg/cheese. Both of those were delicious. The location is also very convenient as it's very close to downtown Eureka Springs and close to the trolley that will take you around Eureka Springs. We truly enjoyed our time there. We would stay there again and we recommend it to others!

I love the location and solitude, the safe feeling on the grounds and how clean the grounds are, Have stayed there atleast 6 times in the past 5 years, even when it was under a different name.

The room was probably the only issue i had. Beds are a little harder than i remember any of them. Bathroom seemed old but clean. The carpets need a major cleaning. Had to walk in my socks, And the room had a bad musty smell. Had to burn a candle. But other than that, its the only place i stay.

Pros: Swimming pool was great, and so was the hot tub. Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly Hotel was very clean and well kept Room was very clean and staff was amazing.

Cons: The matress. I could hear the springs everytime I moved. I slept horrible! The breakfast was very lacking. Cereal, oatmeal, microwave waffles, yogurt, fruit. If they would have had even hard boiled eggs, that would have been great. They also had toast and bagels. So it was an eh.
