Staff was helpful and Friendly. Gave suggestions for places to eat. Which is great when you are in a small town.

Checked in with 3 people. This was a kitchenette with a sofa sleeper. There was no bedding for the sleeper and none available? So we took a blanket off the bed and my son slept on it with no sheets. And my daughter and I shared the bedspread. There was only one set of towels for 3 people. We did not think to check on these things when we got there at 5:30. Returning after dinner around 10pm there was no way to get the things we needed. Only one person working overnight. But the staff on duty both at checkin and checkout was so nice we just made do.

Staff was extremely nice. Even when I came in late for check-in and she was already done with the night audit, she figured out how to book me a room. And at check out they reassured me that they would contact Booking and take care of the expired card situation. Very pleased with that because I feel like anywhere else they would try to get me to deal with all that.

Our king room had a bed that was very hard. I didn't sleep very well at all and neither did my mom. But I will try a double queen room next time. (room 234)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are somewhat dated, a little run down, but quite adequit.

No vending machines. No ironing board.

Star is a major help and very nice. The rooms are a nice size. The kitchenette rooms are amazing. All in I'd recommend the quality inn

I've stay here before and had no problems or it might even been an older unit but the A/C unit had a smell and the bed was very uncomfortable.l

Very good breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious & clean.

Bathroom could use an update.

The coffee and coffee pot, creamer was not fresh and would think before staying for that reason

The room we were assigned was very spacious. The interior decorator thought of everything from full size mirrors and lots of lamps, blow dryer, fridge, microwave etc.. Super clean.

The only thing I would change is the quality of the coffee pods. Very weak taste and with even two pods it just tasted like hot water.
