For what it is this place is fantastic. It's by no means fancy but, it's roomy, clean, in a GREAT location. It's by a beautiful park if you like to run. The breakfast place across the street is amazing. Agnus Beef isn't bad. 2 miles from the mall, right by the zoo, 10 minutes from Downtown. And it's affordable. The staff was very nice. Great to have 2 desks that roll to be positioned as needed and the mini kitchen is nice.

The breakfast is lame. That's par for the course these days though.

It was a little bit out of the way going home, but the location alone put it well above the cleanliness and general safety than some places downtown.

There was only one elevator bay for the three floors of the building. Also the elevator itself was very small, and a bit out of the way which made it a bit of a walk for a lot of the rooms.

The breakfast is very good with a variety of things to eat. The people from the hotel who keep the breakfast things supplied are very nice and helpful, as are the people who are at the registration desk. The other people staying at the hotel have always been pleasant. It's a comfortable place to stay. I feel safe. There are two eating places in the same block. There are sidewalks around the hotel so I can get my steps in. The location is good for finding my way around the city and state.

There were a few things wrong in my room, but none were enough of a problem to ask for another room. I left a note and told people at the desk about them when I left. I'm only 5'2" and I didn't like the taller bed. I had to stand on tiptoes to get onto the bed. Sitting on the side of the bed didn't work because it was high and the edge was broken down enough that I would slip down if I tried. That's a minor thing, though. When I mentioned it at the desk, I was told the reason for taller beds--the structure made it easier to prevent bedbugs.

The room was amazing. We got the 2 bedroom unit, and it was like an apartment in size, with living and dining areas plus 2 bedrooms. Full-sized kitchen with basic tools supplied. Bathroom sink inside AND outside of toilet/bath, which is great! Beds and furnishings were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - Loved the cake slices! Hot eggs and sausage with gravy plus sausage sandwiches that can be heated up. Will stay there again!

The toilet ring and rim of the bathtub were marred but clean. Breakfast area closed up a couple of minutes early.

On check out, the lady in the front desk didn't show the proficiently.She was sitting on the sofa with her leg on the arm of the sofa when I went for check out. And I was standing in front of the front desk and keep replying from the back. I thought she wasnt from the front desk staff. After sometime she finished the checkout process

The room was beautiful and very comfortable! We got a queen suite and it was convenient for a really great price. Martha made the check out experience so amazing and she is the embodiment of excellent customer service! She was so sweet!

It was more of an inconvenience really but one of the carts to transport luggage it's front wheel wobbled really bad, made it a little difficult to get out things to and from the room!

My first impression started from the receptionist/ front desk staff. He was very helpful and gave me a room. The room was perfect, I enjoyed my sleep, above all the breakfast was excellent. pls if this is your first time of coming to Little Rock, don’t miss this place. it’s a home away from home. I liked the fact that my room didn’t have a rug. Just perfect for me.

The heater wasn’t heating well to my liking. The weather was very cold for me and I really needed my room very warm. Other than that everything was perfect.

Clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend and stay again.

Not really anything of note. For a reasonable, clean place to stay while one's house is readied, it fit the bill perfectly fine. I didn't need luxurious accommodations.

The rooms were very clean! The staff were great and super helpful. The beds were nice and the bathroom was just right.

One room smelled like cigarette smoke that hadnt quite faded with smoke treatment. (non smoking room) I know they can't help what their guests before us do, but the smoke smell was pretty strong.

We reserved a two bedroom unit. Was incredibly spacious with full kitchen living room and two separate bedrooms. Property was clean and staff was nice. Excellent location for UAMS, Saint Vincents Hospital, and VA. Would l definitely stay again.

While they were mini selections of pillows, they were still odd…
