The property was pretty and well maintained. It was very quiet. We didn’t hear the other guests at all! Our room was pretty and spacious. It felt like home. The staff was very friendly.

We had to change rooms due to a squeaky air conditioner. The clerk was very nice and this wasn’t too inconvenient. Our next room did not have enough toilet paper so we had to go to the front desk and ask for some. That was kind of inconvenient. The smoke detector flashed intermittently and because I sleep so lightly, it disturbed my sleep. My husband didn’t notice it.

Everything was still the same as always. I will always choose to stay at this hotel. It very quiet and comfortable.

I've had one bad experience while staying here. A housekeeper cleaned my room but took all my snacks, juice and food I had left in the refrigerator and gave them way and threw them out. I dont know why she did it, but I went to the manager. She refunded me for one night, but I haven't received the refund yet. It been almost a week. This happened on Christmas and I was very upset. I stayed calm the whole time.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I couldn’t hear the people next door through the wall . The young gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when we’d request towels.

Breakfast was PACKED in the morning. Everyone fighting over whatever food remained. I wasn’t there late either, like 8am.

The breakfast was my least favorite thing. Sausage links were dry. No gravy or biscuits. The best thing about my visit was the clerk at the front desk, Robin. She was professional and very k8nd. Went above and beyond to ask my husband who was having problems with walking how sh3 could assist him. Recognized and spoke to us each and every time we came thru the lobby. Always had a smile for us, couldn’t have asked for better service.

I've been to this location multiple times and I have not once had a bad experience. My room was even upgraded as a complementary for staying there so many times. My children love staying here as well. This will always be our top hotel when we visit the Little Rock area.

My room was very comfortable, and clean, breakfast was awesome, close to everything I needed, and staff was very friendly.

The one and only issue was that we chose this location because it was close to my training, and had an indoor pool for my husband to take the kids while I was at training. However after checkin we went to the pool, and after about 15 min I made my way over to the pool net laying on the side of the pool, and discovered that there was human feces just sitting on the side of the pool covered by a net. I did tell staff, however it was still there the next morning, and for a majority of the day. When I did get cleaned up, it was not a thorough cleaning, as it was smeared in that area.

The staff was friendly, comfortable bed, clean room and facility

The only thing I didnt care for is that housekeeping didn't bring fresh towels we had to go down and get them from the front desk

The staff was by far the best part of this hotel. I'm a big fan of customer service and all of the ladies that I encountered at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoyed my stay.

The only thing that was slightly off putting was the smell in the room upon entry. The lingering cologne made it seem like someone had just left the room moments before I arrived.

I have stayed here before and it is always great! Great location, very comfortable room and wonderful staff….will stay there next time M passing through to see my grandbabies!
