The room was clean and quiet. That's the most important thing. The TV was a really good size. The location was ideal. I wanted to be near family in Sherwood. It's close to everything in Little Rock as well. Also, I really liked the swimming pool, pool table, and the little putting green. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The lack of drawers for my clothes. It wouldn't have been a big deal if I were only staying for a weekend. But for a week's stay, drawers where you can put your clothes are really important. There were two beds but only one chair. So when my family came over to visit, they had to sit on the bed.

Very clean with plenty of nice amenities and a comfortable room

My room was located right next to the exterior entry door. I was woken every time someone entered ore exited the building. I was double charged for my 11 night stay on top of the staff failing to inform me that payment is not a single transaction at check in but multiple transactions that took place over a few days. Which caused somewhat of a headache trying to track my account balances.

Very clean and pretty. Seems like a newer property. Beautiful flowers beds and landscaping with a nice water feature out front. I loved how the tv in my room said welcome Roxanne on the screen when I arrived. I thought that was neat. The breakfast was good. Nice variety. Waffles, pancakes, sausage, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit and pastries. The bedding was nice. Beds are comfy. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel brand was awesome and had a lovely smell.

That I couldn’t stay longer. I also didn’t care for people being allowed to bring their dogs to the breakfast area while they get their food. Several dogs on leashes inside kinda grossed me out. I love dogs, but not around my food and I’m the dining area.

I liked the atmosphere. It felt modern and vibrant. We arrived late in the evening but were greeted by a friendly face and there were options for snacks and drinks. Really convenient. Our room smelled so nice. I appreciate that. Breakfast was lovely.

I didn’t love the flashing light on the smoke detector. I’m a very light sleeper. The pillows were disappointing, poor quality and a bit stale smelling.

This was my first time at this Hotel/Arkansas. I enjoyed my stay and the humans that worked the front desk. I had several interactions with them in my two days/ one night stay and everytime I felt welcomed. Truly accommodated. I had to ask for an earlier check in time due to my early flight in and poor planning, it wasn’t at all an issue for them which I appreciated so much. This location is right across from a Walmart and I’m walking distance, if you choose to a few places which I enjoyed.

Would have liked a 12pm check out time but other than that there are no complaints. I truly enjoyed being there

Our entire stay was PHENOMENAL! The staff was amazing, breakfast was wonderful, and it was the cleanest hotel! Seriously, their housekeeping and breakfast staff need raises and some serious recognition... When/if we make our way back to Little Rock, this will be the ONLY place we'll stay.

My only complaint, if you could even consider it a complaint would be parking. The hotel was pretty full and parking is kind of limited.

Staff was friendly, room was small but cozy. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. Very good overall stay.

Parking lot size was the only negative I had, however that could’ve been due to the poor parking by the other people staying.

The hotel was absolutely spotless, you can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk into your room. Loved the minimalist design of the hotel, the wood floors instead of carpet, and the theme of the bedrooms. And the breakfast far, it was the best breakfast I've had at any hotel, love the arrangement and variety.

there were only three pillows to a king bed, four pillows at least would've been great.

Very nice clean room with lots of towels. Got to watch a fantastic lightening storm from our 4th floor room. Location was good. Within walking distance to a Mexican restaurant called El Patio which is highly recommended.

Everything was grand

Breakfast was delicious, we loved how clean the room was, the whole place smelled fresh and there were plenty of towels and extra cloths as well. One minor issue is the duvets were small and very thin. We will definitely be back!

The duvets were thin and short. Not warm enough!
