The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was offered. Location was great... close to shopping, restaurants and interstate.

All the painting and construction going on. When I booked the room it didn't say that the entire weight room was closed because they were using it to store paint supplies. The pool was clear across the back parking lot and there was no camera out there. Since it's part of the hotel, it should be monitored for safety. Although you needed a room key to get in, the side fences were low enough for anyone to scale and you could see in on both ends. Arcade directly behind the pool. Breakfast lacked enough variety. The only fruit were apples and the only meat was sausage, which not everyone likes. The "store" up front didn't have prices on their items.

The location next to the mall and several restaurants that are in walking distance. Facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. Love it here!

Just a slight problem with the slow drainage in the bathtub.

The property was good. Our problem was check-in. For some reason your system wasn’t communicating with this Hotel. We tried multiple credit cars(4) to pay and it wouldn’t confirm payment or acknowledge that we even had a reservation thru you. I had my confir# and email but no go. We ended up having to cancel the reservation thru you and rebooking with Expedia thereby costing us $20 dollars more. Never had any issue before and nothing had changed on our end. Employee was very polite and tried as much as he could but to no avail……..

Everything was amazing! We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was outstanding with biscuits and sausage, pancakes, cereal,fruits, etc coffee and apple juice and orange juice and milk . It was clean and everything worked! They also have a snack bar inside that has most everything you could want didn't have to leave the hotel

The room was a little smaller than I preferred and the beds were full size and a little stiff to my liking, that's all

the elevator didn’t work properly. I asked for a second key and could not have one even though there were 3 adults with us. lots of glass and debris in parking lot as you walked to the pool. breakfast the sausage was gray, there were no more biscuits, the pancakes were out of batter. when asked if more could be put it was told in a minute waited 20 minutes still no one came to change batter bag. we went for breakfast at 6:30 am

Clean and great location

I didn’t like the fact that my card was charged for both room with the other person used their card to pay for their own room and the man told me that it will be back on my card the next day and it still is not it is now Monday and also their was someone knocking on doors asking if we wanted coffee I thought that was really odd

Very quiet, and a very comfortable bed. I felt very safe which is important as a lone female traveler.

The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open (kinda slammed shut on its own like it was on a spring rather than hinges). Air conditioner fan didn’t stay on the whole time. The only options were off or auto and I like the fan to be on for white noise.

Breakfast was great! This is my 3rd time staying here and I always like the convenience of the location and the ability to eat breakfast and go. Overall, great hotel when you're not on the 3rd floor. Apparently the 3rd floor is for smokers.

I didn't like the fact that I called first before booking to make sure there was a room available. The lady at the desk said they didn't have anything available but she lied because I was able to book a room through booking.com.

The breakfast was nice to have back. The staff had all been very pleasant and knowledgeable.

To much outside activities going on. Being a single woman and going outside to smoke. Was sometimes irritating. I think the place needs to be cleaned up outside. ( Not talking about garbage either) Also, the front desk needs to ordered more sweet goodies for customers that have sweet tooth. They should put a change machine in the laundry room or have the front desk carry quarters for laundry.

The room was clean and comfortable. Property is conveniently located just off the highway with gas, food and shopping near by. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The price of the room included breakfast; however no breakfast was provided. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but I have stayed at other properties that have provided to-go bags. There is no reason why this property could not put a prepackaged muffin or granola bar in a bag with a bottle of water. Using COVID as an excuse to save a buck is not only deceitful but also just poor business. Property needs to stop advertising that breakfast is included in the price of room or temporarily lower their room rates until this service is restored. At $100 a night, the expectation of at least a breakfast to go bag is not unreasonable.
