I LOVED the comfy pillow top bed and close access to the exercise room and pool. I was excited to see a very nice recumbent bike because it allowed me to keep up my physical therapy after having total knee replacement surgery recently. It was so nice to have the exercise room all to myself as well as the indoor pool, which was awesome! The exercise room was well equipped with everything you'd want in an exercise room and the continental breakfast was nice and had a little bit of something for everyone.

The ONLY complaint I have is the fact the water is very hard! When taking a shower, the soap and shampoo had no lather at all. I've never experienced such hard water in my life and there are no hooks whatsoever to hang towels or a bathrobe in the bathroom. There's lots of space to put some hooks in there, but nope, NONE..not even a single stick on COMMAND HOOK🤷🏻‍♀️ That would be something very inexpensive to do in the bathrooms. I found myself hanging towels and bathing suits over chairs and anyplace I could find.

our suite was a regular room with a pull out couch and coffe table, to me a suite implies complete and total separation of the spaces, like with a door. I am not a frequent hotel staying traveler and was just a little disappointed thinking there would be complete separation of the rooms.

I feel like we get a nice and clean place to stay for the price. I appreciated the bathtub mat for better traction in the shower.

There was only one person on duty and we had to wait in line for a considerable amount of time while they slowly checked us all in. Hot breakfast selections could be better.

Very clean. Room size and bathroom were good. Bed was very comfortable. Price was outstanding. Breakfast was comparable to most other chains. Centrally located. Microwave and fridge in room. I have seen a trend of not having a Microwave lately.

At breakfast gravy was not warm but was easily fixed by microwave that was available.

Extremely clean! The lady at the front desk was so incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. BEST breakfast of any hotel I’ve stayed at since COVID. Will definitely be staying here again!

Area/location

We had a very early flight and had to check out before 5 am, they had breakfast to go bags waiting for us when we came downstairs.

The breakfast was good. They had anything you might want for breakfast. The only complaint might be the juices were not cold. They were about room temperature. Maybe the dispenser was not working.

The carpet had a soiled spot about 2" × 8" long. There was a corroded spot on the corner by the bathtub that needed to be repaired.

Breakfast was great! Wish there had been waffles for my kids. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. And my kids had SO much fun in the pool!

We were looking forward to the hot tub, but it was not in service and we couldn't get in the fitness room.

We were in town for a 4 day conference.Locaton was convenient. Deborah at the desk was very helpful. Any issue we had, was taken care of immediately. Even the clogged drain. Fresh towels every day.

Breakfast menu was the same every day

I enjoyed my stay, the staff is always so super nice and helpful. It is always clean. I love the closeness of eating places.

It needs some updating, but the cleanliness and friendliness make up for anything.
