Johnny Johnny!! Since the moment we checked into the hotel he took such good care of us. Professional and would go out of his way to make sure we were happy. Made the experience over the 9 nights for my family smooth and enjoyable. Hope to see him when we return.

Only strange part was at the Sheraton side of the resort you could not get coffee until 6:30 am but if you walked over to the Westin that’s attached you could get a coffee at 6 am. When you are coming from the east coast with the time difference - you need an early coffee!

I liked that the hotel halls smelled fresh. I liked that the rooms were clean. The pool was beautiful. We didn't have to leave the hotel to find food. The staff was nice. Lovely landscape. Wonderful live music. Loved the complimentary gelato.

I didn't like that the room was small. The balcony was non existent. The window view was not attractive. The faucet was running. The hotel was noisy. The hotel wasn't close enough to Legoland. Breakfast we paid for wasn't good. I don't think it was worth the price at all.

Room cleaning could happen more often, it was a bit noisy sometimes with kids running around at night. The door on the room was super heavy to open. 28/day parking seems expensive.

Lego land does not worth the money and the hustle, but if you were still convinced to go there, the back entrance is great. Walking distance. There is also a great outlet nearby

Great value, fun pool, shockingly good restaurant. We’re snobby about food but ate there most nights of our trip. They use sea bass in their fish tacos?? Who does that?? Amazing. Gelato on site too!

Check in was ham-handed. Room was late by ~2 hrs and we have small kids who were tired from traveling. Requested a crib for the room which wasn’t in the room when we checked in despite reminding them at the front desk. We’re promised bed rails for our toddler which they apparently don’t have at all so had to put her mattress on the floor.

I don't understand why they have to charge $28 per day to self park my car! There is plenty of space on the entire property, just another way to gouge.

Having complimentary coffee in the lobby would be nice. Very easy to do.

I was double charged and had to wait for a refund on my bank account?! Because they could not find my confirmation from booking. Com on their reservations?? It was not pleasant having to EYeSSS! do a booking on site . They did try to make it nice and they were friendly about it but bottom line is I got no discount and I was not offered any other accommodations for my inconvenience. That would’ve made my day a little better but instead I had to call back two days in a row to find out about my reimbursement.
