The room was super spacious I love the jack and Jill room connected to the bathroom and the room with its own bathroom dining table for all of us to sit and eat all the kitchen amenities this room was just perfect I always try and look for decent hotel rooms and I finally can say this room has been one of our best rooms we have ever checked out we definitely will be checking this out again for our future trips. Families wanting to know it is a 5 minute walk to legoland right across the street perfect the guest services was perfect as we walked in we were greeted by front by Ben then checked In my kids received candy and little goodies by guest service and we were given additional information for other activities, restaurants and other things. Hotel has daily activities for the kids to do arcade and play ground. No trouble with parking. Only thing if you want to know breakfast isn’t free. They also gave us a paper for a discount at a restaurant that was really nice Overall highly recommend this hotel especially the queen suite.

Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel just wish breakfast was included for free but I guess that’s everywhere

I like it’s location across LEGOLAND. We stayed in a 2bd2ba which was perfect for our group. Our room was near an elevator and family pool.

Only two down sides to trip was the loud family above us that didn’t let us sleep good and lack of coffee/snacks bar. It was an easy drive to Starbucks but it would have been so much more convenient to be able to grab a latte at the property to enjoy while kids took a late swim. Instead I had to load up the gang to get coffee and a bite for after their swim.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Had great facilities available and very friendly staff. Particularly liked the welcome drink and food. Beautiful pool area. Loved the fire pits being lit of an evening

The "quiet" pool became a bit noisy at times with some young people talking and swearing, businessman talking loudly on his phone and another guest putting music loud on their mobile phones. Would suggest staff check in with the "quiet" pool at times.

Love the family pool. The kids enjoy the hot tub. Also, I love the walk outside where you can see the beautiful flower fields and the ocean view. Plus, legoland was just right there. The kids enjoy the walk to legoland.

I didn't like how there wasn't no free breakfast in the morning. I would love to have a free breakfast and enjoy a good coffee to see the beautiful view in the quiet pool where I can see the ocean view

The location was great if you are planning on spending time at LegoLand. The multiple pools and splash zone for the kids was a nice surprise. The views from the hotel area were amazing! Also, while the wait at the nearby Brewery was long, the food was great.

No washer and dryer in unit (they did have launch on top floor of each building), the pullout bed in the living room had a very thin mattress and was really uncomfortable, I do not recommend anyone sleeping on it (if you want to actually sleep). The breakfast in the lobby was okay, but a bit overpriced for what you got.

The location is fabulous.

Didn't know "room service" was a separate fee I had to purchase. Also wasn't aware of the additional resort fees at checkout. That should be told when booking the room, not at checkout. Also, 10 a.m. is kinda early to have to check-out when my room wasn't ready till 6 p.m. at check-in.

The resort’s offering is perfect for a family with kids: Two separate pool areas. Activities on site. Bbq facilities. Included services such as a shuttle bus service to the nearby beaches and free rental of beach equipment. Our kids loved this resort!

Housekeeping services need to be organised on request. I would prefer a standard daily or bi-daily cleaning.

The location, pools and restaurant and rooms were nice and big.

We arrived on a Wednesday for a 5 night stay with 4 adults, toddler and a baby and didn’t receive any house cleaning. We had so much trash by Friday and needed towels we had to call front desk to bring them to us. The beds need new mattress it was very hard and uncomfortable.

It was perfect for a LEGOland weekend. I love the location and convenience. we didn’t use the amenities due to the rainy weather but we enjoyed our stay.

I think the pillows could be more firm. I also was disappointed that the front desk concierge didn’t provide us with information about events for the holiday weekend. We also had difficulty getting through to the front desk while we were at LEGOland to find out if we could check in early. We were happy once we arrived to inquire about our room to find that the room was available so we could get out of the rain.

Melorie checked us in and she was amazing.

The rest of the staff were okay, but not as accommodating and helpful as Melorie was - the checkout process felt very rushed and staff seemed annoyed even though we were out by 10:30 - well before 11 am checkout. The clerk from the opposite desk for the other hotel was far more friendly on checkout morning. The game room coin machine was broken, which was a bummer with the weather not being conducive to swimming during our stay, and no staff nearby to maintenance.
