Spacious room and comfortable bed. The food was delicious.

Cheap toilet paper. I would expect more from a resort like this. It was thin and rough and crappy. Also they charge $10 for a glass of milk for my baby which I asked them to warm up and they brought it scalding hot. We couldn’t get a reservation at the restaurant for dinner, they were completely booked. You would think since we were paying to stay there that we would get priority. We didn’t have a car so we had to walk somewhere for dinner.

We bought breakfast at the coffee bar. Perfect selections for the whole family. Ate by the pool some days. Lovely. Generally, the staff was well trained and customer focused and the rooms were spacious and lovely.

Slight musty odor in the hallways. Not all that unusual for a waterside hotel. This in no way indicates that the property was anything but pristine. Very well managed and maintained. I also thought that the nightly cost of valet parking, considering the price of renting two rooms, was excessive; however, I imagine that it is comparable to what is charged locally for a top-notch hotel.

The hookers at the bar restaurant area working the guests. Was offensive to see and try to eat our meals. Their provocative attire and actions would tell about anyone why they were there. The manager in duty saw what wS going on and stood back and smiled with staff about it. After I left my dinner I discussed this matter with him and he explained why they weren’t removed

The staff was exceptional...they offered us a glass of champagne while we were checking in. Our bed was turned down while we were out for dinner. Nobody does that anymore. When we were leaving, the valet offered us bottled water for the road. Our room was large and immaculate. We appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine...and the complimentary bottle of wine. They thought of everything to make us feel welcome.

Not a thing....we loved our stay and will definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean. The hotel's ideal location made it even better. The delicious breakfast provided added to the wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making it a truly pleasant stay overall.

On the downside, the hotel lacks beach access, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the expensive side.

The breakfast was excellent in quality & service. The Valet Service was attentive & well organized. The pool was large and towels plentiful.

The wallpaper was peeling in our bathroom. It also could have been detailed (corners, baseboards etc.) a bit more closely. The vent for the AC needed cleaning badly.

Beautiful spot fantastic service and the food was delicious! It was easy to sign into my my streaming accounts on the tv and the WiFi was strong and steady. The lights were easily controlled from the bed. So many good things!

The only things I did not like were the mattress (like sleeping on a board) and the shower head (sprayed little bits of water everywhere and little of it in the right spot)

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Would highly recommend.

Thought the location was going to be more beach accessible. Should have looked more closely. Great pool. Great concierge service. Both Nichole (I believe) and Ted were AMAZING! Great driver in the car/shuttle.

Room overlooking street and valet. Horrible restaurant service. My granddaughter had to go three times and ask for her Shirley Temple. The waiter never came back to ask how our food was or if we needed anything. It was as though we were an inconvenience to him. Put us way in the back with no other guests. Horrible. Will never visit or recommend your resort. The front desk staff was incredible. Porter was excellent. Pool area service was great.
