Room was comfortable, quiet, and located near the pool. The overall atmosphere of the property is perfect for refreshing, renewing, relaxing, and re-energizing. It is an oasis from the city with plenty of local activities.

Parking is high, even self-park.

paying a resort fee and then having to pay for parking, should be included, no one else is going to need to park their car there.

Staff was amazing!! pool and hotel were great including poolside cocktail service.

Food was a miss and needs attention. The pricing was high for the quality of the food sadly. Room service cleaning was not what typically is to be expected we had to ask for a double cleaning because it was not up to par. The rooms could use some upkeep and updating.

Beautiful, great restaurant, loved the BBB landscaping, loved the bikes.

Housekeeping never came in our 3 night stay. Called for them to come take garbage and it took a second phone call to make it happen. Minimal housekeeping every day is not that much to ask for. Fresh towels and take garbage would have been great, making the beds also would have been even better. Disappointed about that.

Excellent venue for stay with young children. Staff extremely friendly! Loved our wait staff person for breakfast (Juan).

Music around main pool is too loud. Perhaps an area where things are quieter? Many grandparents, as we are, could use a bit less loud!

The staff was very nice, professional and accomodating. The facilities are exceptional, with manicured gardens, gym, pool, table tennis , tennis quarters, hot tub. Very relaxing and flexible. Location is fantastic! Walking distance to Balboa Island, minutes from Fashion Island, Laguna Beach, South Coast Plazza and many other points of interest.

Restaurant and bar could have more healthy options, but I did find good meals and snacks.

Initial room was very old and dated with HVAC system that stopped and started all night and sounded like an airline engine starting up. We were able to move to another room and it was much better.

The property is pretty. Everything is very spread out and looks more like a resort than a hotel. Large swimming pool / jacuzzi area that is very pleasant. Great coffee bar with full pastry items plus some to go hot breakfast was unexpected. Obviously you also pay for resort fee and higher cost of staying than a Marriott, but a family of four we thought was worth it. But make sure you have time to spend in the property. Don't suggest this to quick overnight trip.

The bathroom does not have ventilation. It wasn't a big problem for us, but it would be nice to be able to turn it on after shower or after the long bathroom visit.

Spacious, modern, well appointed, comfortable room steps from the pool and hot tub. The tropical landscaping was beautiful. The staff was super nice and accommodating with one exception.

Minor stuff for the most part, but when the bill for one night is $500 I expect more. The hot tub wasn’t hot not even close. The $21 vodka martini I ordered at the bar didn’t seem to have any alcohol in it. I’m not a big drinker and one martini usually has me in a great place. After the second $21 martini, still nothing. The television was confusing to operate. No sidewalks leading off the property. I like to walk around and see the surrounding area. I had to battle hotel traffic coming and going

Pools..This hotel is a resort that has three different pools. Oasis,Indulge and Serenity pools. Although you can use any of them with your kids, Oasis pool is the most kid friendly pool with a slide and mini golf and table tennis.

*Self parking lot is a bit far from the rooms. * Expensive breakfast. * No elevator. If you are a disabled person, choose ground floor.
