Harbor Lite Lodge made our first wedding anniversary extra special! 💕 I had put in a request when booking to let them know we were celebrating, and they went above and beyond to surprise us with balloons, chocolates, strawberries, flowers, and champagne in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay unforgettable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the water. If you’re looking for a place that offers both great service and a personal touch, I highly recommend Harbor Lite Lodge! 🎉🍓🍾

The view could’ve been better from our room. We had a privacy wooden screen installed in our patio. And what we could see past the screen was the secondary parking lot for the hotel. Also sometimes the seals were a little loud but I don’t fault the hotel for that since that’s something out of their control.

The wooden property was decent enough and in a good position for pedestrian access to the headland. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped

Like other guests have written, we were underwhelmed with the 'harbour' view which we had paid extra for. Yes we could see the water if we looked to the side of the balcony but the main view was of ramshackle buildings bordering the river, which I suppose technically could be called the harbour. However, from what we could see, the rooms with balconies with better views of the water also had not so pleasant views and noise of the freeway. FYI the said ramshackle buildings down below came alive at night with nice bars and restaurants.

The room. The location. And the view was spectacular. The sounds of the boats leaving and returning. The awesome sound of the harbor seals as each boat passed...as if to wish them good luck. I definitely would stay there again.

The wifi sucked!! Wouldn't stay connected. And couldn't really use my phone, as if there was a "block" of some kind, to the room. Away from the room, my phone worked just fine. But despite that, I enjoyed my stay and would return Advice on the wifi and how to stay connected would be useful at check in or an explanation as to why a person is unable to use their phones in the rooms or on property

Room was clean and comfortable. Sweet and Simple for a small family overnight stay (7yo&2yo), they enjoyed the views and experience too. There are snack and drink vending machines around the facility that turned out to be a fun treat or snack later at night. Views from the room are gorgeous, especially at sunrise on the balcony, with the boats leaving the harbor and a complimentary cup of coffee. The seals bark like dogs, but was a pleasant reminder your at the coast. The walking trails (which does lead down to the beach area) and courtyard full of flowers are perfect for photos or just to enjoy the scenery.

Bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint, (my husband is a Painter by trade, we notice this often). Water pressure is great and water gets hot quick, tub & toilet were very clean! Overall, date of the the lodge has been well maintained.

The hotel is located right on the harbor, with a wonderful little trail that leads down to several delicious restaurants. It is active, and interesting to watch the boats and animals from your balcony. The trail also leads down to a beach that was fairly quiet during our stay. You can catch an amazing sunset from the beach, and the foghorns nearby add an extra ambiance. Vivid colors paint the landscape from the varying types of succulents and flowers. Beautiful area.

We didn't look into it very well, but during out mid week stay, all of the restaurants were closed. Monday - Wednesday virtually everything in the Noyo Harbor is closed. SeaPal was delicious, and open during our stay.

that booking.com didn't send the virtual pre-paid card for the $477 we prepaid for and the out of country folks demanded we send electronic proof of payment when, in fact, you had my credit card proof of payment. I not only, this month, had an 850 perfect score that is un-reachable plateau but ignored by your company.....WHY? In addition we are seniors in our mid 70's who are reliant on coms to help us stay in our home, thus, working to help senior citizens to keep their homes clean while allowing us, as mid 70's folks to continue living in this wonderful community.... So where is the equalify???

I love the carpet! It was so soft and felt like a bedroom rather than that thin wall paper like carpet hotels are notorious for. I also loved the covered balcony with the view! The little fire place was a big amenity I was looking for when I booked! I LOVED IT!

Walls were a little thin with hearing neighbors. It also made me self aware of whether tv was too loud or not. My coffee maker wasn't functioning properly, but they had a whole coffee bar available in the office not that far from the room! The only thing that would have made this the absolute best, would have been a soaking tub. I still took a tub but a bigger one would have made it better than Disneyland.

Have stayed at Harbor Lite a few times now. The staff was super friendly as always. I had lost my wallet with my ID and bank cards just before the trip. I was super stressed I wouldn't be able to get the room. I called them and they worked with me to get me accomidated and it all worked out. Immediately took all my stress away about that so I am super thankful. I am already booked for my next trip there in October! Location is perfect. Sunsets from the balcony overlooking Noyo Harbor, evening walks down to the jetti to listen to the waves crash... Harbor Lite Lodge is our happy place and we will definitely be returning again.

Truthfully, the only thing I didn't like... My trip was not near long enough. LOL

Tim was very pleasant and accommodating. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional . Loved my room that overlooked the harbor, it was very clean and tranquil.

Booking.com initially advertised I would be getting a room with a balcony that overlooked the harbor and when I arrived to check in, my room overlooked the garden. But Tim at the front desk was able to make changes to my reservation thankfully, and because of him I had a room overlooking the harbor.

The view of the harbor was ok. Pics on the website make it look like you get a full view of the actual harbor. We got a view of homes on the wharf and parking lot of another lodge and a restaurant. No actual view of the harbor full of boats

For $425 I figured our room would be made up daily with our bed made, coffee and cups replaced, etc. That was a no. There were moths in our room as well
