The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was absolutely fantastic. We were able to watch the sunset over the ocean, and it was a short walk right out our door to a private cove. The whole facility was in good repair and updated, and we really enjoyed our stay. We listened to the waves crash on the beach all night. We only stayed one night, but we would have been comfortable for several nights. The room was a good size for 2 adults and one child and had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The beds were fairly comfortable, and there was an extra blanket and plenty of pillows, all with sparkling clean linens.

The parking lot was a little small, and it was sometimes difficult to find a spot, but this didn't detract at all from our stay. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. They don’t show on the room pics that there’s a JACUZZI anddddd a FIREPLACE! It’s a super beautiful room, spacious, clean and perfectly isolated from any outside noise and even neighbors. The balcony view is so stunning, we felt in a dream. We didn’t wanna leave the next day! The cherry on top was the gentleman who checked us in when we arrived in the evening, kind, friendly and extremely sweet!! We had the best new years experience and they allowed us to have a late check out. We will definitely stay here every single time we go back to fort bragg.

The location and view were excellent. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well-kept.

Two things that could have been better were the pillows and the faucet. The pillows were too firm and too thick, with half of our family waking up with neck pain in the morning. Most of the time, hotels will have different types of pillows (i.e. firm and soft), but there was only one type here. The bathroom faucet was turned down so low that it was difficult to use. It wasn't a water pressure issue, as the shower was excellent!

We loved the view and being able to walk the trails along the bluff. It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The beds were comfortable and we especially liked having a sliding glass door we could open to the outside for fresh air (we were on the second floor).

The afternoon sun beats into the room, which made it quite warm. There isn't any air conditioning, but we were happy to find a portable fan in the closet - with the sliding door open all night and the fan drawing in cool air, it made it okay. I wouldn't want to leave the door open in a downstairs room, so that might make it too warm to sleep. The coffee maker in the room was keurig style - non-recyclable pods, and you can't just make hot water.

I was really surprised with how close to the ocean the hotel was situated. The view from both rooms I booked were gorgeous and there's a long trail right outside the back of the hotel that takes you along the ocean one way and the other into town more, so walks to breakfast and dinner were done each day I stayed.

I was a little disappointed because Booking.com lists that there is a continental breakfast which I didn't see occur on both days I stayed. Although it wasn't a huge deal for me, my boyfriend was a little miffed that our 2nd room wasn't ready by the 3PM check-in (booked online for one night then decided while checking out that we actually wanted to stay one more night if they had vacancy); however, we just walked along the ocean and enjoyed the view while they prepared our 2nd room, so it definitely didn't bother me.

Fabulous view of Glass Beach. EXCELLENT WiFi! Very nice room but bathroom is cold and tub needs to be recaulked.

Awesome view from the room. A whale breached just as we go there, visible from balcony. Jacuzzi tub was very nice!

There is an outside door to enter into multiple unit building. Several times, that outside door was wide open. It probably needs an automatic closer to keep this door more secure.

Location is, by far, the best feature of this property! We brought our bikes, and we’re able to ride easily into town and check out some amazing scenery on the path that runs directly in front of the hotel. Loved hearing the ocean at night.

Aggressive squirrels and noisy neighbors! Tried eating dinner outside and the ground squirrels come right up into your space. Bathroom was a bit rundown and the bed could’ve been a lot more comfy.

great location with hiking trail outside the building and views of the bluffs and ocean. Room was good size and balcony nice for relaxing and sunset watching.

no closet only hooks for clothes. A set of hooks or an armoire along one wall would help. Also, more hooks in the bathroom.

We loved the location. It was very close to the beach and close enough to downtown Fort Bragg.

The only thing was the bathtub/shower location. It wasn't that I didn't like it, it's just not where a typical tub/shower would be in a room layout. So it seemed a little out of place. It worked perfectly and I have no issue with the functionality.
