From check-in to check-out, the staff was pleasant and responsive. It was close to Sea Glass Beach -- if it hadn't been for the road construction right there, we would have walked to the beach, but that didn't seem like the safest option, and there was plenty of parking at the beach when we went. We enjoyed walking through town; the model railroad behind the Skunk Train depot was remarkable! There's a marvelous used book store on the main street. Eggheads Restaurant across the street and the chocolate shop were both delightful!
What I didn't like was, quite honestly, completely beyond the control of the hotel or its staff: the construction going on right outside our balcony. So while it impacted our 2 days there, no markdowns in the ratings because of it.

The bathroom and beds were excellent. We had a view of Pudding Creek and a small deck. The room was quiet and extremely comfortable. Convenient parking. Close to Sea Glass Beach as well as downtown.
We had paid for and booked breakfast since my kids always wake up ravenous; I wish I had known breakfast was no longer included, as it took over an hour's wait at a local restaurant for me to get any food in them. We were a little disturbed to see the car next to ours had been broken into overnight; obviously that's outside the responsibility of the manager but still worth being aware of. We had luckily taken everything out of our car.

Room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, location was close to the main attractions in town. We were able to bike to the coastal trail (although it required a very short segment on the busy highway).
The bottom floor shower we had may have been for ADA use and had no ledge to keep the water from flooding outside of the shower area. There is little to no noise barrier to the outside entrance and stairs, so ear plugs were a must. We like to walk whenever possible, so we wished there was better pedestrian access to downtown and to the beach from the hotel, for about a block, you have to walk on the Highway 1 shoulder and a narrow walkway before you get to the sidewalk (check Google Street view).

Friendly & helpful staff, great location, easily accessible rooms, convenient parking. Balcony and a bistro folding set was a bonus. Nice view of the creek or the trestle bridge, depending on which building you stay at. The famous Glass Beach is accessible on foot via the trestle bridge path. In-room fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate available in the lobby as well as soda & ice machine just outside the lobby.
Beds in this unit in Building 6 were a bit less comfortable than the ones in Unit 102 where we slept a night before. Also, we had very active guests upstairs running around their room until past midnight. The sound of footsteps was annoying, therefore, we used earplugs, which somewhat muffled the noise.

My partner and I enjoyed our lovely getaway at the Beach House Inn in Fort Bragg! We booked the room with the king bed and large soaking tub which was great and very relaxing. The location was great. We could walk over to Glass Beach. I also loved the little balcony and peaceful view from our room. We loved the fireplace and cozied up in our room in the evenings to do a puzzle. Definitely recommend this spot
The noise from the highway is loud at times.

Cheap, clean just off the main road. Friendly staff, easy to find.
It's a cheap motel in Fort Bragg. It is absolutely fine but, I can't give a 10 out of 10 review. The bed wasn't the greatest, or the lighting and the noise polution from outside/other guests wasn't great. I always take earplugs so I slept fine. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would.

I like the location as it is close to the coast & places to walk by the water. The room was very clean.
The room had a balcony, which I wanted, overlooked the highway & the work going on along the road. I couldn't open the sliding glass door as it was too noisy. All the big equipment rather ruined the view. When I stayed before I was on the other side of the inn which overlooks Pudding Creek.

The room exceeded our expectation - ground floor, large, very clean, large bathroom, loved the shower, nice view, balcony, instant hot water, silent heat system, wifi, large TV with low volume start, safe parking, dog walk/dog friendly. I will recommend to friends and will more than likely be back!
The walls were a bit thin, and overhead guests movements were noticeable. I hope our TV volume did not disturb.

Our room was clean and nice size. We love the balcony to sit and listen to the ocean. We love staying at this property and usually stay here 2 times a year if possible for the last 10 years. Always clean and beds are comfortable and linens are great quality. Right across from beach access and close to restaurants.
Parking is hard to park close when you are in the building 400/600 and busy but No change can be done but needed to write something here lol

Loved it. It was more like an apartment or condo then a hotel. We were not expecting that so it was a wonderful surprise. It had a mini fridge with freezer, a microwave, coffee pot and coffee, all the necessities we needed. Loved the balcony with pond view and chairs provided. Nice surprise too. Lots of wildlife to watch. We will definitely be back.
The office lady wasn’t real friendly. Maybe having a bad day. The only complaint I have is our towels smelled gross. I didn’t want to be too picky though since we were so satisfied with the room. But I will ask for new towels next time of it is an issue. Bed wasn’t great but okay. The parking is tough. Very small spots and if the other person isn’t parked perfectly straight, it’s difficult to get in and out of your vehicle. But those things are minor compared to the positives.
