It was such a cute cabin-looking place. Fireplace kept us warm during the cold snowy night. The place had plates, cups, wine glasses, utensils, fully stocked decaf and regular coffee, mini- fridge, microwave, mini table with 2 stools inside , a couch and a deck outside with 2 chairs. I was super skeptical to book this place, just cause I felt like the place looked very old and maybe dirty, but the pictures definitely didn't do justice to them. The place is far better than shown. Everything was clean and comfy, we loved it.

Small little walk to the parking area, may have to do a few trips if your bringing lots of stuff.

We loved the friendly relaxed atmosphere, Everyone we met was amazingly friendly and very accommodating after a long flight you have no idea how nice it is to have a friendly face and a smile and be treated like family 🥰. The Chalets are really neat , clean and just perfect for long or short getaways . We loved that not one room is the same as another . Very relaxing water fall , gazebo for gatherings makes it so inviting to be outdoors . They are as they describe , they have wine glasses coffee cups some plates coffee pot and coffee filters some sugars and salt pepper .. Microwave .. You bring the rest , cute grocery store close by for anything you need . ❤️

can’t say there was anything we didn’t like ❣️

This is a rustic cabin so I was not expecting luxury. I was completely surprised at the conveniences we found. There was a good size refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. There was sufficient dishes and silverware for three people. We brought breakfast food and evening snacks with us. Truly a lovely retreat. Don’t expect luxury.

The only complaint I had is the only place to wash your dishes is in the bathroom.

Loved the place as it was clean and comfortable and pet friendly plus the view was amazing and very close to the creek as well plus restaurants close by

The tvs were a bit hard to connect at first but it was fixed due to the staff quickly so it wasn’t that big of a deal

Checkin was easy and we could even Check in earlier. Staff was very nice. The common area at the ground floor is great for chilling out (unfortunately closes at 7pm) and has a nice hiker box. Location is great, in a quiet yet central area.

The room is a little older and darker than on the photos.

The room was very nicely furnished and decorated - very rustic. It was very nice to have a wood fireplace, and we had a nice fire the one evening we were there (logs provided). The bed was quite comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the center of town, shops, restaurants, etc. There is a very comfortable large lounge next to the reception office, with comfortable chairs, fireplace, interesting rustic decor.

It would have been nice to have shampoo provided, and kleenex. The heater fan was fairly noisy

cute and quaint with lovely views of nature and such friendly staff! We’re hikers, not the luxurious type, and it was just perfect for us. comfortable, clean, safe, homey.

It would have been nice to have AC but with the fan and the windows, we were comfortable.

It was very nice and picturesque place, every room is done in unique style. Everything is very cozy , you can find everything you need in the room, the owners think of your comfort. The hotel itself is situated in forest , gave you a lot of peace and come ness. All restaurants are just next too, perfect location: you can walk to any place you need. The bed is comfortable as well. You can stay with your dog too.

It is an old place, so the walls and floors are a little thin for noise, but this did not ruin our experience as the other guests were conscientious about this fact too.

The history of the place and the friendly staff. I also like the location, walking distance to the center but not super centered that it's noisy. They also have other room options for a big group. Will bring my family someday :)

The tv took forever to work but not a big deal

Location was amazing and the property was nice.

There were some cleanliness issues (toothpaste drops on the walls, a lot of them). Our room was difficult to cool. And the fans provided were quite dusty.
