Pool, breakfast buffet, extra pillows and blankets. Staff exceptionally nice, even when we compained about NO HOT WATER, VERY irritated, when I needed to soak a sore leg in hot water and there was none.

The water pressure was a trickle in the bathroom sink and no HOT WATER. Irritated, to say the least. We were offered to move rooms, but we had several events and clothes that were unpacked, just to much to pack up to move rooms! We ended up leaving dirty, because water was so cold to shower in at 4:30 am. .Just won't recommend or stay again. 😕 Room 211, Livermore. CA. The bathroom door was so large...literally as wide as the hallway...it was inconvenient and in the way, maybe ..install a pocket door!!!

the new breakfast room lady is efficient; everything is restocked, the coffee is hot and refilled; the room is spotless. she routinely cleans the tables. so much better than all the other employees they've employed in that position. never on her phone, never have to ask for the coffee to be refilled, or anything for that matter. she makes eye contact and is very pleasant to speak with. the hotel should make sure she is happy and stays!

no housekeeping on the weekends; no clean towels.

Great place to stay. Loved the complementary breakfast they provided. Fresh eggs,Sausage and the waffles were outstanding. The room was well maintained and smelled good! Even though it was a distance away from our destination i would highly recommend to stay here!

The only thing i didnt like was that it was off the strip of downtown Livermore.

Comfortable bed and room that was very clean and updated, just like the property. Breakfast was a cut above and offered so much more food variety compared to any free breakfast I have ever eaten at a hotel. Every member of the staff was polite and professional. I'd recommend this hotel to any visitor to the area!

Easy check in & check out. Rooms were clean & beds were very comfortable. They offered breakfast in the morning with a nice selection of hot & cold foods. Coffee was available 24 hrs.

The only thing was in the breakfast area where all the tables were the air conditioning was on which I don’t think it needed to be.

Breakfast was good, staff was pleasant, clean rooms.

Being suffocated by people who insist on smoking weed then being stuck in the elevator with them and on the same floor. No fault to the hotel. But gross. The bed was very flat and stiff, hard to get comfortable.

Loved the indoor pool, sauna, gym, the breakfast was very good. Worked with two staff members and both were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting this level of hospitality for the price I paid. Thank you all!

shower curtains need more washing. Thats really all i have to say. I really enjoyed my experienc.

The convenience by the 580 hwy. My room was by an exit so easy unload and load. The bed was comfy.

The room had a musty smell. It appeared clean. I sprayed lysol and that improved the smell.

One of my favorite places to stay in Livermore, very comfortable, nice modern rooms, and it’s plus that it’s pet friendly . Right by a gas station too which is great .
