shower was great!! breakfast was complete with hot and cold options. space for breakfast was ample and very quiet - very suitable for a breakfast. staff always very kind and helpful. coffee and hot water available all the time was very nice. parking lot with much space and with underground parking available as well - very convenient!!!

the cleanliness of the room and and bathroom was ok, but the area outside the rooms did not have a good aspect - eg corridors, staircases , parking lot with old carpets and everything seeming dirty, too much garbage in the beginning of each staircase .

Full hot breakfast (included waffles, meat, eggs, hash brown, fruits, cereal, juices, muffins, toast, etc.). Close to the bus stop #14. Jacuzzi worked, Sufficient space in room for sleeping and resting. Had microwave and mini-fridge.

Heater was noisy (fan turning on and off throughout the night). Parking garage had some debris on floor from damaged ceiling.

Location was great, hot tube was great, and the breakfast was very good.

The rooms were recently remodeled with updated furniture and fixtures. However, the wardrobe area did not have any lighting, so it was hard to use at night. Also, the new flooring in the bathroom had a a plank that was loose and a tripping hazard. The in room coffee was not replenished after room cleaning.

The room was fairly updated. Very comfortable and clean. The restroom and shower was very nice with lots of hot water. The free breakfast was nice. Eggs, bacon. Sausage, hash browns, juices, coffee, etc... Ample parking for my SUV and snowmobile trailer. Staff was nice especially at breakfast. Overall it's what I look for when staying at a hotel.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The hotel is in a great location in town, walking distance to eateries and the town trolley stop. The room was updated and modern though much smaller than comparable hotel rooms. I liked having a balcony, but with only 1 chair out there, we had to take turns sitting down.

The breakfast room is in the basement and is to very welcoming. The staff had trouble keeping food restocked, and I was sad that the only fruit available were overripe bananas.

underground parking great, especially for two Harleys :) room was a good size with a nice shower. view on the balcony was excellent, mountains and woodlands

hotel reception, corridors , general decor could do with a refresh.

Breakfast was good. Wanted waffles but lady said no waffles today. But when I went back to get juice, people were making waffles. It made me feel bad that the lady lied to me. It was one of the reasons I stayed there.

Clean room with comfotable bed and pretty bathroom. The hotel looks better inside than outside. Breakfast was great: bagels, cream cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles :).

Room was a little bit small.

Great staff.

I liked that management accommodated my request to change my room bed count and not charge me extra!!!!

outside needs a facelift if I judged my stay by the outside I would have not stayed here but the inside was so great I forgot about outside
