the location was perfect. very clean and quiet. Good continental breakfast. felt safe at all times and the staff was amazing. The price was perfect for the my 2 night stay! The housekeeper did was very nice and made sure our room was clean while we were away. she also made sure we had clean towels. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice clean and quiet place, it was walking distance to the mall and to the Toyota arena for any concerts or events

I find the place conveniently located and secure. The main entrance needs the access key to get in. The Staff that checked us in was very becoming and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was awesome. We were able to make our own Belgian Waffles.

There were just 2 minute things for me to point out. First, there was only one ply of facial tissue left in the box. Second, the window drapery(curtain) was a light material and no option for blackout covering. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

I liked the location. The cleanliness and general set up of the rooms. The secured entrance made us feel safe. Breakfast was ok, not great or bad, just ok. The staff was friendly. Front desk looked attentive even late night.

The smell. There was a persistent musty smell everywhere we went in the hotel. The carpets, though clean, looked old; worn; very dingy looking and hard. The couch in our king executive suite looked nice but very uncomfortable. No full compliment of toiletries

Love this hotel! The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is yummy, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing! Close to the mall and every restaurant imaginable! You can walk to most! There is ample parking and it is free!

Location and proximity to things to do while in town.

Having one elevator on the property that ran extremely slow was frustrating. Room seemed old, like the window out door needed to be left open for an extended period of time to let fresh air in

Very central location for us. The black out curtains were really awesome. The parking was good, they had a door in all sides so wherever you parked you could enter through that side.

Honestly there was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel.

I appreciated Josh, who worked the front counter in getting me checked into my room fast. It took less than 15 minutes for me to get room keys and back to my busy day of doing errands.

The heated pool didn't seem heated at all. It was cold to touch.

Cleanliness, Professional Staff, Great location with walking distance to just about any store or restaurant . Everything was Perfect and again SO CLEAN !!

This is a superior property as it used to be Ayres Inn. Keep it this way. Excellent bed and pillows.

Finding the location was a little confusing, signage wasn’t very noticeable and the area could use more lighting to help find the front of the hotel.
