Lobby: lots of light, lots of seating & well-appointed. Fresh & clean. Eureka: perfect. I will say, however, that I watched 3 restaurant staff members walk by some trash on the floor (like straw-wrappers). Food was super. We went twice. Room: thermostat wouldn't stay where we put it (it got very warm over night). Ice box in mini fridge actually worked! Pool area: patio furniture was beautiful but actually tough to sit in without sliding down.

No bell-boy (or anyone) to manage the luggage trollies. Not enough luggage trollies. No shelves or hooks in shower for my toiletries. Too much construction between the hotel & the convention center - which is nobody's fault - just a hassle to spend 30 min driving 2.5 miles.

The hotel was very clean and well cared for with a lot of extra facilities such as a gym, restaurant and bar and outdoor sitting area. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast self serve options were very good, it included fresh fruit and juices, Peet's coffee, breads and danish, as well as three hot dishes (which I didn't try.) The room had a well fitted kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, toaster, sink, and filtered water. This would be a great feature if you are staying for a few days. The bed was comfy and the shower was spacious. I would recommend this as a great option if you are staying in the Ontario area.

Our room was on the ground floor so we needed to keep the curtains drawn. Our room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed. The location is a bit out of the way, other than the hotel restaurant, there aren't any other dining options nearby, but if you have a car, it isn't a problem.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were like little studios, very spacious with a large bed, a desk, a little couch, a kitchen area (with microwave, plates, utensils, a fridge...). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and decoration was simple but with taste. The bathroom had great Pharmacopia shampoo/body soaps, hairdryer and was very spacious as well. The hotel provides with free parking, which is a very big plus, and the hotel is in walking distance of the Toyota Arena, very useful if you are coming to an event. We didn't try the pool or the gym, but they both seemed very nice as well. There was also an adjacent restaurant, Eureka, that served great food and beverages. Definitely a recommendation for any couples or families coming to the area.

Breakfast was not horrible, but wasn't the best either. That was the only downside of our stay.

very clean and the room had everything you’ll need for a stay , variety selections for breakfast, there’s also a eureka downstairs which is so convenient staff was so helpful . will definitely consider coming here again .

I liked that there was a laundry Matt. I really enjoyed the facility.

I didn’t like that there was a restaurant right by the elevator, made it tough hard to deal with people from the restaurant.

Great location; convenient access to many shopping areas and activities. Great staff; friendly responsive and attentive; awesome facilities - brand new (bachelor suite was amazing and exceptional).

Went to the concert at the Toyota Arena - loved that it was right across the street, comfortable bed, nice room, breakfast was the best we have seen since the beginning of the pandemic.

Front lobby items to purchase need to be restocked, or perhaps we arrived after everyone went shopping.

Everything was great but the room smelled a little funky, I suggested having air freshener to make the hotel experience a total package!

We loved that it was right across from the concert we went out there for. Also love how it was close to stores and restaurants didn’t have to dive too far.

cleanliness , comfort, spacious and elegant. the breakfast was definitely the highlight! the cook today deserves a 5 star!! the food was very tasteful, best waffles I’ve ever tasted!!! please give her a raise!!
