The bed/matress is outstanding, not sure if were the long layovers or long flight, but the bed is extremely confortable, one night was enought to recover all the energy. The breakfast is good too, not a lot of options but was fresh and good.

Everything is very dated, it looks like a very old hotel, old furniture, old everything, stains everywhere.

Variety of breakfast. Nice, clean and big room. Microwave and refrigerator. Big mirror. Friendly staff. Coffee & water 24 hours at front.

No hot tub with swimming pool. Pool needs to clean. Breakfast eating area needs more seating place. It was difficult to eat at high table place.

had to request a refrigerator and microwave which should have been in the room. carpet stained. high price for week day and cleanliness of room. we were at another hotel that did let us stay with service dog so we had to look for another hotel and this was the only one available

Breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices. Plus, it was very guest friendly.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything I did not like. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The beds were super comfy. The room was very quiet.

The bed was very comfortable.

Handicap accessible shower made a wet mess all over the bathroom no matter how I directed the showerhead as there was no way to retain water in the shower. This could be easily fixed with a drain in the bathroom floor.

Nice sized room. Location was easy to find and access near the freeway. It was right across from the entrance to Ontario Mills Mall which is why I selected it. The morning coffee was good, I did not look at or try the breakfast. Nice looking property.

Receptionist was not sullen, yet she was indifferent, a friendly hello with a smile, and how are you would have made my day after being stuck in slow traffic for hours. I did not like the tiny parking lot, where the overflow must cross a four lane road and park at the Ontario Mills Mall (I do understand this is part of the green, downsize and sustainability movement, yet I didn't like crossing the road). I was surprised there was no refrigerator. HVAC thermostat was trying to fall off the wall, needs another screw or two.

I used to be a HHonors Diamond member so I’m like Hilton properties, especially Hampton. The staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating.

California prices depleted some value.

Location was great. Breakfast was nice. Ladies at front desk always nice. Pleasant stay right at the mall. Met my son and his family. 1st visit post covid. Love this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Coffee and Creamer (the one I liked) weren't set out all day. The lady at desk went and got me the Creamer. Soooo good.

It was clean and quiet. It was also very convenient that it was right in front if Ontario Mills and it had lots of restaurants around it and at walking distance.

That breakfast ended at 9 and their parking was small and we ended up parking across the street at the mall but it wasn't that bad.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful! The price was a great value! The location was great as well with plenty of food options and close to the airport.

The room could have been a little cleaner. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and broken. The food selection for breakfast was not good.
