I liked the boutique/apartment style property. Room was quiet. The pool area was not too crowded, private and for adults only. Very relaxing. Beautiful room decor. There was complimentary birthday champagne and a hand written card in the room. A very wonderful surprise. Thank you!

I didn’t like the dusty AC vent above the bathroom sink flaring up my allergies and drying out my eyes. The ice bucket and the lamp by the nightstand was dusty too. Water was pooling up to my ankles in the shower and there was a drainage issue. There was a weird stain on the sheets upon arrival. Clock was also 10 min behind.

We didn’t get any room service - they said we’d get texts about it, but we never did. They probably wrote down a wrong number. Also had a pretty uncomfortable experience where a stranger was looking in through the window while I was showering - and I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, but they did absolutely nothing about it. And it was uncomfortable to be at the pool the next days wondering if it was another guest who had been watching me… They didn’t move us to a different room or even helped with getting the windows in the shower covered even though I came up really sad and reported the incident. So yeah that had a big impact on me not feeling safe in my hotel room. But it was a beautiful room and beautiful hotel!

Loved everything from check in (complimentary beverages!), to ease of charging food/drinks to room tab and having it automatically close out every night without me having to do anything. Love the decor, the front patio on our room, the electronic blinds to block the sun, the pool, the variety of pool seating options, the restaurant/bar, etc! And we love the fact that Sandfish, our favorite off-site restaurant, is right across the street.

Loved everything....but I prefer the room we had on our first stay, compared to the one we had this time, because this time we had someone above us who was a bit loud. On our previous stay, we were in the single level section, which I'll ask for next time. Also, we would love more hooks in the rooms, for towels, drying wet bathing suits, etc.

We really enjoyed this hotel! The property was private and very well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The pool area was great to hang out at during the day (it was 100 degrees when we were there). Parking lot was convenient and free to park which was a plus. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is about a mile walk or $8-$10 uber from where the action starts in downtown Palm Springs (we wish it was a little closer since it was way too hot to walk during the day).

We were woken up at 8:30am from maintenance using a leaf blower ON our patio. This wouldn't have bothered us any other time of day but it woke us up as we like to sleep in on vacation. There is no door or curtain on the shower, so if you aren't staying as a couple this may be a little uncomfortable (wasn't a problem for us but something to keep in mind)

Beautiful property! Modern, fun. You checked by text. Any request was also by text. Modern bath, great shower and wonderful toiletries. Beautiful pool area and restaurant/bar that encompasses the pool. Very hip. You can also buy a pool pass evidently if you are not a staying guest.

Very comfortable and welcoming. Enjoyed my stay. Food was above average, as were cocktails. Room is well-appointed, plenty of towels, make up remover, great lighting options. I never had an issue parking. Area is safe, walking distance to everything you want. Loved that it was adults only.

Room cleaning limited/ by request on Saturday. This just needs to be available normally and predictably daily. Add an option for people who leave the room early (like East Coasters who are up and out doing activities by 7am) to get cleaning done then.

Everything was great, I travel to this hotel a lot. It's my favourite hotel in California. At least a few times a year I come to stay for a mini escape - alone or with friends, It's always nice and relaxing. Dog friendly and it helped me to travel there with my dog - so many other awesome pet owners there, such a great place for a truly relaxing time.

I had extra charges for a mini bar that I never used the last time I stayed. Was charged for both days for things I never used - not nice

The room was so beautiful--loved the decor and how spacious it was. I had my own patio and outdoor fireplace, and the room was VERY convenient to the rest of the facilities (steps away from the pool and the parking lot). Great amenities (Main + Goetz). Great food, especially the breakfast burrito and the tomato salad! I really liked all the outdoor spaces--the firepits, bocce court, ping-pong table, and lounge area. LOVED being able to text with the staff for any needs, and that getting a room with a patio meant you could reserve your pool loungers for the next day.

The location is very convenient, but being right on a main street, it could be very noisy. There was construction happening across the street that was bothersome during an otherwise heavenly couple of days at the pool, and there was a lot of road traffic/trucks passing through. But really that was my only complaint.

The design of this hotel - the rooms, the pool, the layout - are all amazing. Large studio rooms, comfortable beds. Everything is really thoughtful. The pool is really nice, chairs all around with a lot of shade options and fun amenities like ping pong and bocci ball. Good music and a DJ on the weekends. Food and drinks were all very good, and the staff came around constantly with carafes of ice water and for new orders. There is a small alcove off the main bar/ lobby area that was great to cool off and continue working.

climate change! we wished the pool could have been COLDER. Rooms were large enough to have a second cushy chair and that would have made hanging out in the room to cool off a little better. There are cabanas that offer more shade, but they cost money on the weekends so half were empty and it would have been nice to open them up to hotel guests if no one rented them.

I loved the way my room was decorated. Because of the weather I couldn’t use the pool but the chairs by the fire was great. The bar was very very good not only was the drinks good but the food was also.

A microwave oven, there was no microwave, so we couldn’t heat up our left overs. And maybe a little area to put our cloths would have been nice. We stayed for 7days with 7+ bags of clothes
