The pools are always great. Slightly heated but still very refreshing. My husband loves all the hot tubs but they are too hot for me when the outside temp is over 100°. Staff is friendly and helpful. A server in the restaurant remembered my husband by name. The restaurant has good food and reasonable prices and they do poolside delivery. Everyone is welcome and made to feel comfortable

Stayed 3 times and this last time the room was not as clean as usual. Large hairball in the toilet, unknown substance running down the wall of the shower, and screen was off the sliding glass door so couldn't leave the door open at night. We did not report any of this, we just dealt with it ourselves. Even with all of this we will definitely be back. We always have a good time when we are there.

The pool is filled with mineral springs water which travels underground from the local mountains and is brought to the surface near the Miracle Springs Resort and piped into the pool and Hot Tubs which vary in temperature from very warm to Very hot. The layout of the pool area is pleasing with palm trees and some colorful lights at night, the pools are open 24 hours per day 7 days a week, which is very convenient for a busy travel itinerary, Joshua Tree National Park is just 40 minutes away, via route 62. We recommend this hotel for anyone needing a relaxing getaway and soothing and healing mineral bath.

The refrigerator worked OK, but could use some improvement, we would prefer that the poolside rooms had a keylock sliding glass door so we could lock the room when swimming in the mineral water pools, but it wasn't a big problem.

This is our second visit to the resort. Had a wonderful time! The rooms are always fresh and clean. The Capri restaurant is a great affordable place to eat and the pools are absolutely amazing.

The only thing that was upsetting is how the guests treat the pools. No alcohol or cups should be allowed at the pools. People are inconsiderate and litter all over the pool area and in the water. Smoking also, butts all in the pool every morning. Staff should monitor activity a little more to discourage and enforce guests from being so inconsiderate. This is not the property's fault though, this is on the guests. My over all stay was great!

The property has 8 mineral pools, at temps 92-104 degrees, with fantastic views of the mountains beyond. They were snow-capped when we were there, and a stunning contrast. The double queen room was very large, with a pull-out couch, dining table, refrigerator, microwave. The restaurant was pleasant, bar area great with a friendly bartender. I met the gentleman that does the marketing for the property while in the pools, and had a nice conversation. Beautiful facility both during the day and at night. The pools are well-maintained. This would be a great place to come with friends and spend a few days. The property is still circa 90's, but well kept. I plan to return, and next time do it with a group of friends! Great if you are on a road trip - what a nice oasis. Or fly into Palm Springs, it's close by. I made the reservation just a few days in advance on a whim, doing a return road trip from Tucson back to Portland. We camped at Quartzite the night before, then stayed here, and the next day explored Joshua Tree before heading north.

I loved all of it, but if you are snobby and expecting everything new and updated, it may not have as much appeal for you. I loved it. This hotel is circa 90's. Another hotel/spa next door is quaint and 50's retro, but rough around the edges. I took a tour to check it out. If I were to choose between the two, it would be this one - Miracle Springs, it's a step-up from the other one, as far as cleanliness and facilities.

The pools and outdoor gardens are gorgeous! There are hot spring fed pools of all different temps so you can find your own perfect hot tub. The big pool is warm and gorgeous too. We went in Feb and is sometimes very windy so this was lovely! There is a bar and restaurant on the property which is nice because there is not much around with out driving to Palm Springs. Great value! We were going to a wedding in Palm Springs and everything was a least double in price. I had a great massage and felt pampered which was great as I got ready for my nephew’s wedding.

It needs updating. The room was nice and comfortable beds but although the view from deck was pretty in the distance with those great mountains, the hotel property outside very junky with trucks and garbage disposal, also I question the security since I saw someone climb over the back fence and enter the property when out my deck. The hotel halls and carpets need some updating, very aged and dingy, but room was good and we just had to go down the stairs to the beautiful pool and hot pools!

Stayed for 1 week. There's not enough words to tell you why we loved this place so much it was much more then expected. Staff were super super nice from the front desk to the housekeeping (except JUSTIN...) they all went out of there way to make my stay remarkable and the amenities were perfect, pools are clean hot tubs are hot and clean, Rooms are clean and prices were good enough

The 1 issue I had was with front desk clerk JUSTIN, for some odd reason he thinks he works at a government office, he was just not willing to listen to our request, very rude, bad attitude,

The room was an excellent space and very convenient to access the hot tub. Loved the hot tub! The staff at the desk and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

I was traveling with my 85 year old Aunt and noticed there were not adequate handicapped parking spaces along the side of the building I had to access our room from. I had to drop my Aunt off at the door, then maneuver the vehicle around to get back to the one handicapped parking space on that side of the building. It was a pretty tight space with no place to turn around, and all the other spots closer to the door were taken. I then had to transport our luggage back and forth a bit of a distance.

The pools where clean, water temp was great and it was not crowded during the 4nights we stayed midweek and that was the main reason for our visit. The building and rooms are somewhat tired but overall still offer a great value in my opinion. Beds/mattresses/pillows where good. Tv, refrigerator, microwave etc. all there. Our balcony was facing west (away from the pools) and that side was quiet at all times. It's not a 5star resort but met all expectations and we will be coming back.

Bath tub was rather scuffed in our unit, carpets on the old side, time to rip those out and replace with something that is easy to wash.

Always love the pools, the restaurant, the food and drinks

Didn't like the children in the pools unattended by a parent...an older sibling does not cut it!!! Especially after dark!!! One lady slipped and fell at the entrance to a pool, hit her head pretty hard. I carefully checked out the area with my bare feet and found two very SLICK spots covered in slime - not good! The entryways into the steps into the pools need to scrubbed on a daily basis. Just washing or wiping them off, even power spraying them off is NOT enough.

The grounds are gorgeous. The gardeners create a wonderful aesthetic. The restaurant is decent and there are a number of other restaurants and a grocery within walking distance. The pools were good temperatures and not took much chlorine.

The hot water in the shower only worked occasionally and when it did work, it was scalding hot. The rooms need new carpets and paint.
