The room was clean, all the furniture was new, it wasn’t very spacious, but it was good for spending a night at this place! All the stuff we interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. Especially the lady in the morning when we came to the reception for pool towels and coffee. Ah, they offer complimentary coffee and apples in the morning, which we found very thoughtful. It actually allowed us to stay until 11 and enjoy the pool instead of leaving in search for food earlier. The pool was great. We were there on Sunday morning and we were the only guests there for an hour. Lots of lounge pool chairs and even cabanas, all free of charge.

There was not enough light in the bathroom and I was really struggling doing my evening makeup. The AC in the room was a bit too loud. And there was only one bath robe in the room. Why one?

The location of the hotel itself is great as it is right on the strip where most of the hotspots in town are. The staff was great, we arrived at 2pm to the hotel and after confirming over phone, they allowed us to check-in much earlier. The parking allowed us to be right in front of our room (first floor on the outer side). As for the room, it had plenty of storage for our belongings and a mini fridge which was super convenient for leftovers as well as several outlets around the room. Our favorite part had to be the pools and jacuzzi, it is open from 9am-10pm so the hours made it easy for us to have a full day and come back in time to enjoy the jacuzzi. There is two jacuzzies that are very spacious, so it provided some privacy when others were there. Luckily, our stay happened at a time when the hotel was not busy, so we were able to have it all to ourselves often.

While it could've been a malfunction with my room door, the alarm on the lock will sound off for quite a bit if not closed in a certain way. Luckily it never caused trouble with security but was still quite annoying. We had stayed for three nights and didn't receive any housekeeping, though we are not messy guests it would have been nice for additional toilet paper and new trash bags.

The property is lovely and well-kept, especially the pool areas. Our room was clean and comfortable. I am a light sleeper and I didn't hear the neighbors at all. The staff couldn't have been nicer from check-in all the way to check-out.

The room was hot, even at night - though it's Palm Springs, you have to expect some heat! One area for improvement is the Internet - I had important work to do and found the internet unreliable and slow. The staff, to their credit, immediately worked to improve the Internet situation, though it never quite worked well.

The outdoor facilities are excellent…….lovely heated main pool, large saltwater pool and two nice hot jacuzzis. An extremely pleasant place to sit, swim, sunbathe and relax. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

As breakfast is not provided, I’d suggest putting a microwave and maybe a toaster too in each room. Presumably not too expensive to do and would enable guests to prepare their own breakfast, should they wish to.

Had a wonderful experience at the Oasis Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing as they went beyond to help make my stay enjoyable.

When I reserved the room, I read the reviews and knew that the resort was not a fancy place, so there were no surprises in that respect. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Anything we needed that was not in the room we just asked for it and they would bring it with a great attitude. The resort is about a mile from downtown PS so it was close enough for us to walk, drive or take a rideshare. I would stay at L3 Oasis again because it is great value for the money. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay a great one!

The room looked clean when we arrived, but after taking my shoes off and being barefoot on the floor I noticed my feet were super dirty. The floor needed some cleaning.

it was clean and comfortable with generous room size.

not that it was an issue for us but we did feel sorry for one couple who we encountered outside reception (about 11pm) who had lost their key and were unable to find anyone who could help them. The reception was closed and we tried calling the emergency number but could get no response. They were left contemplating sleeping in their car.

New and clean enjoyed it very much.

Easy check-in. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Hot tubs were excellent and there was one available each time we went.

In order to get drinking water, we had to ask someone at the front desk to fill up our water bottles. Pool towels were not always available (although the staff were able to refill them when we requested). Not big issues, just minor inconveniences.

the staff, especially Martin, the maintenance employee was exceptional by accommodating our needs and brought us water and barratries for our remote control. he also gave us helpful advise on what things to do and see around town..like the Margaritaville right across the street
