The location was great! The staff was amazing. Breakfast had a fantastic selection.

We stayed for 6 nights. The first few nights were pretty warm, but the air conditioner WAS SO LOUD we had to turn it off so it didn’t wake up the whole family. Then a few of the nights our room got pretty cool. We tried turning on the heaters, but THEY STUNK (like burnt hair and urine- ugh). Which resulted in our rooms being cold, so no one slept exceptionally well those few nights. The HVAC units were really the worst part of our stay, as running on no sleep with kids is not easy.

Easy of and early check-in after 11 hours on the road. Made my wife's birthday very special ( Bday card and basket of welcome goodies. ) Our bed was so Very comfortable as was the couch. Complimentary breakfast every day was delicious and well stocked ,helpful staff. Overall, the staff well represented the property on all levels.

Julien at the front desk was incredibly nice. But honestly, every single person on the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can tell they've all been trained within a company culture and it showed. Breakfast was great. Love the remodel they're doing. The rooms were done very nicely and incredibly spacious.

Breakfast was good. Area to have Breakfast was Convenient and Clean. Breakfast hours were very reasonable. Appreciate the variety of items available. Coffee was Flavorful and Hot. Juice was available. …Parking Area was convenient and especially appreciated no charge for parking.

The Electrical Sockets, in room #324, on wall just passed the restroom were not working. Requested a change for iron in room. Was not the iron was the wall socket.

Only had one breakfast this trip, but it was excellent. Staff kept eating area clean and well-stocked during meal service. Water heater responded quickly and water pressure was fantastic in bathroom.

Vent fan in bathroom was underwhelming compared to rest of the room amenities.

The service to checkin and reception is excellent. The expressed their appreciation to welcome its client. They also provide hot coffee and not water in front of the reception to let people to have a small rest.

The location of the place is not in downtown, so we need to drive to downtown for dinner. The breakfast is so so.

The location was close to food, shopping and recreation. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pool was a little dirty, but it is in the desert, and it gets windy. I also think the skimmer pump was off. That didn't stop us from cooling off.

Good location if you’re attending BNP Paribas

Considering this is a huge tournament, they did not have the tennis channel. Most hotels in the area do. Also the room had a sink, microwave, fridge but no dish liquid or utensils included.

When booking this reservation, one of the main reasons was breakfast. Very poor. Coffee good

I could not figure out how to use the television remote & could’t find any written material - nor digital materials / to help me. So frustrating.
