I love the cleanliness of the room and facilities. The staff always exceeds my expectations of hospitality. The rooms are large and if you get a two-room villa you also get two pullout couches since it is a grand villa and standard with an adjoining door. The Drinks at the Mirage Pool were great and the lifeguard staff at the Ironwood Pool were great.

The Mirage Pool waterslide was down for maintenance the entire time of our stay Thurs-Sunday and that made the Ironwood pool extremely crowded. I would have been ok with just going to the Mirage Pool and not having the slide had the shuttles ran as expected. When we checked in we were told they ran every 10 minutes, that was not the case we waited 15+ each time in the heat or ended up texting the front desk for them to send one. I would have rated the facilities a 10 if the shuttle ran as expected.

I liked that there was a pool close by with a water slide even if it wasn’t the main pool area. Liked the covered parking lot. Close to GC. My favorite was the easy texting if I needed anything and at your service quick shuttle to the course. Best part. AC&fan a +. Staff was the nicest. Kitchenettes are helpful for golfers how compete in tournaments. Equipped with even a washer/dryer. Tee times are early and practice is late. Need breakfast made and sometimes late to eat. Great location

Missing coffee pot and spatula, but they came in 2 min. for anything needed!! So not really an issue. Just a suggestion; a small shelf for a “pantry” area next to the table since there is space, little hooks on the walls to hang the oven mitts or towels. To make it perfect, a restaurant in the Villas (or food service) for the families who want to go out and eat after a long tournament.

Pools were great. During booking, suggest that you clearly state which pools and amenities are closed or open. Staff member Michael Jackson was particularly helpful around the main pool during our interactions. We initially booked with a separate resort, but they were hard to work with and could not easily accommodate our family of 8. Your property was completely the opposite, a breeze to work with, very helpful and accommodating, and acted like you really wanted our family to have a great experience. Thank you!

Staff was not taking me seriously when I reported a guest with dog walking around the parking lot. It was clearly NOT a service dog which I told the receptionist but I was brushed off. Every visit we come across people who smuggle dogs onto the premises, one of which was wildly barking from the balcony atop the quiet pool! Staff was later escorting the guests and dog off the premises. The weather could have been a bit warmer!

The grounds were gorgeous! The condo we got was perfect too bldg 8 nice view out the patio doors to pool but nice buffer of shrubs for privacy. Will be coming back next year. What a great area too, close to alot of shopping centers and restaurants. Shear luck that I found this gem on booking.com

Noise to adjoining neighbors. Like any condo walls are thin. Loud talking and music till 130 am during the week. They were not young either but did not show common courteous to their neighbors, too bad. Maybe I was just tired from being on east coast time. g either.

The ambiance, amenities and facilities, cleanliness, spaciousness, comfort, friendliness of staff. Perfect space for a relaxing vacation. The place is stunningly beautiful and well-kept. Kitchen and W/D were great. Complimentary cart shuttles to the Desert Willow Golf Course. Strong Wi-Fi. Activities and fun socials offered. Hospitable and helpful staff. Grocery store a 3 minute drive (20-25 minute walk away) but the property’s shop had a wide variety of items. Wonderful stay!

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Our room was perfect for a long weekend. We had a full size kitchen, dining area, and tv area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of room for a couple.

The only complaint we had was the pool was not cool and we didnt have shade during a weekend that reached 103 degrees. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

The quiet pool by our room was very dirty. we had friends that had been there 2 weeks before us and were continually asking why our pool was not being cleaned. All guest were not only complaining but most of us took turns skimming the pool ourselves just to make it swimable.

I loved the properties apartment style living. Being able to travle but feel as i am at home was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I also really enjoyed the pools, although mirage was closed we still enjoyed they others to choose from.

I didn’t like how our balcony view was blocked by desert trees. I also didn’t enjoy the closure on pools at the last moment.

Large clean and quiet property. Easy to navigate. Close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are ver large and well stocked kitchens. Property is well maintained. We come visit here every June. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Pools need a deep cleaning. Rim of grime around the pool edge. Only one water slide was open in the 3 nights we stayed.
