I love the space that we had when we booked a 2 bedroom villa. It was more than comfortable to host multiple families that stood at the resort. The beds are super comfy and we love the black out curtains. There was more than enough space to entertain with a dining room table and barstools with counter space. We also utilized our outdoor patio grill. Just love this property.

Unfortunately my complaints would be that one of our rooms was not ready by check in. It wasn't ready until an hour after check in at 5pm. When it was ready, it was impossible to find parking near our building. (sucks on a 114 degree day) We had to double park to unload and then try and find parking nearby. Lastly, the steps to get in the pool were very slippery. A couple of my guests as well as myself and my toddler son slipped on the steps getting into the baby pool. I understand that the hotel was operating under full capacity over a holiday weekend and otherwise the staff was great and as accommodating as possible.

The location was perfect for being in the desert, it didn't feel like you were in the desert. The Villa was nice a cozy but the parking was awful. I would have to park 3 villa's away from mine and I can't really walk that far.

When checking in there were too many people checking in at the same time and I am hearing impaired and had a hard time understanding what was being said to me because everyone's voice was getting louder around me so they could hear each other. When I was checking out I had a question and of course the staff member who checked me in was not there so the staff member could not answer my question.

I really liked this resort! Pool and grounds were beautiful and there were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool! Staff were really friendly! I especially liked the card we were given with a number that we could text if we required anything for our room! Response was very quick and they followed up with a phone call to ensure we received our request!

When we arrived I told the front desk I had made a mistake and booked a Queen Villa when it should’ve been a King. I was told the front desk staff couldn’t make any changes oto room type that I’d have to call the Marriott’s 1-800 number! I have never had a hotel not be able to accommodate my request at their front desk! We kept the Queen room but as we were staying for 5 nights it was not as comfortable as a king suite! The rooms also are not very soundproofed and we could clearly hear our neighbours shower through our bedroom wall!

The resort was extremely well kept and met our needs. Two pool/hot tub areas was terrific and allowed for a change of scenery. 1 king bedroom suite was well laid out and very spacious.

The area does not have walking trails or areas, but some hike options were fairly close by. Our first cleaning/supply top up was not great and they forgot to replenish multiple things, but we did not say anything. The second time was fantastic. A couple unusual things happened during our stay, including someone taking all the beer bottle empties out of the box (which had both full and empty bottles) which was on the floor in the kitchen area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very spacious and having the full kitchen was a wonderful edition, especially since there is no food on site. We were located near the pool, so that was nice as well. The King bed was nice and comfy. The water slide is always super fun!

I was missing walking access to the hotel next door. We also wished there was pool service or meal options on site - that would have been really helpful. The couch bed my kids slept on was terribly uncomfortable. The pool entrance was very inconvenient, especially since I was recovering from a knee surgery - all the stairs were hard for me through the hotel lobby entrance.

What I liked about the Westin Mission Inn Hills Resort Villas is the friendly staff, the rooms, cleanliness, and the pool. This is a nice getaway. All the staff you come upon are really nice and friendly. The room and grounds are all taken care of and clean. The pool area is great! Had one waterslide that my two kids enjoyed using. Really had a nice, relaxing time, and really enjoyed ourselves.

There was nothing not to like

I liked the size of our room I liked how clean it was and the amenities it had. The grounds are kept clean you feel like you are on a true vacation even though you are only 2 hours form home.

I would like an adult only pool & for the restaurant to stay open later. It would be nice to know about things to do before you get there so you can make reservations. Ex. Rental of cabanas.

We liked the layout of the property and the pool area. Our patio was very nice and having a bbq area available was a good feature.

We did not find the staff, particularly the conceirage staff very knowledgeable regarding what services and shopping were nearby. Upon checking in and being told that the onsite restaurant did not offer dinner nobody could tell us if there was something close by.

Property was very confortable. Enjoyed having the two bedroom villa liked being near the pool i was in building 47. Staff was friendly, not crowded, great shuttle service.

There were little bugs scattered all over we east side pool like ant one of the guest had a little net and she was trying to clean the pool herself.

The Villas are like small condos. I liked the extra space, full kitchen equipped with everything you need. Villa has living room, large bath, separate bedroom, your own balcony or patio and even laundry. The area and property are very quiet and peaceful. There are stores and places to eat nearby. This is more of an AirBnB experience rather than a hotel. People should know that.

There are no restaurants open at the Villas. It's easy to confuse the Villas with the resort nextdoor. I originally went to the wrong property and when I checked in at the Villas, there was a couple that accidentally booked at both places. The two are no longer related and no shuttles are provided. However, it's a nice walk along the golf course to the resort if you want to try the restaurants there.
