The Midtowner was a really cozy place. Not in the center of the city but still close enough to where you could walk a few blocks and get to the nearest food spot, store, or bars/clubs. Easy access to the freeway. IHOP right on the corner (always a win for me) the staff was amazing. Definitely worth the stay if you just need some time away.

ANGELICA, ANGELICA, ANGELICA, LOL, the receptionist named Angelica was super kind to me. I was dealing with some personal trauma, and she was the best listener, and really helped guide me through my hotel reservations. She's the smartest person I've ever spoken too, and I lived at UC Davis for 6 years. If i saw her working I would go book the room during her shift, because I could trust her to not try to rip me off. Traveling can be taxing, sometime, but thanks to Angelica I feel like i paid my taxes stress free, and my hotel stay reflected my initial experience with her being so kind, polite, sincere positve, personable, and caring!

Honestly, the eggs were gross, the cereal was lame, there were a few crackhead folks, which you can't avoid in the city, but all and all, i had an excellent stay.

Breakfast is a nice amenity but i would like to see sausage options for individuals that don't eat pork. Also, another fruit option if possible would be nice. The king beds are comfy. I think the hotel housekeepers could do a better job of checking to see if guests need any extra towels, supplies or trashed dumped if they are there for more than 2 nights.

The parking lot can be power washed more often. Perhaps the hotel can provide a list of nearby restaurants and other amenities to guests. Work with the same businesses to offer discounts to guests if they patronize the restaurant.

I loved the location, I love the room decor! I DIDN'T like the fact that the room hadn't been swept. The next morning I got a broom from the cleaning young lady and swept it myself. I DIDN'T like that the TV remote wasn't programmed to be able to turn channels and adjust the volume I had to keep getting up to change the channels manually lol But other than that, I had a perfectly lovely time! I ate, slept and watched Golden Girls lmao! Thank you, Sharon F Baker

Location was outstanding next to the freeway, but not too noisy. Saw a few homeless folks next door on the corner but no issues. Overall Nice stay, comfortable, breakfast was great. Big pat on the back to Midtowner's Management. Your employee/staff at the front desk was on it check in was easy and my request was awesome (even though I showed up late) he was so professional, and customer oriented it made the stay and made me feel as definitely recommend people to give your Midtowner a try.

These guys are GREAT...I know the area is not with a good reputation, but let me be clear, THESE GUYS ARE ON IT HETE, nobody lingers hereSecurity is on top of the job of watching over is. I love this motel, as crazy as it sounds. They go out of there way for all customers. Excellent on the cleanliness, the up-do of entire property.

Breakfast.. hot served breakfast, but in a day kiss so that isn't accurate. I've honestly got nothing bad or more to say if this is motel property and the wonderful staff. The 2nd shift gentleman, is so professional with also going out of his way to help customers. The owner whom works day is awesome and I mean this ..

The location is good close to my job site, it does have homeless people around but surprisingly I feel safe. The rooms are nice updated and clean staff is wonderful. Really good value I’ve stayed here 3 times now. The breakfast has a lot of variety sausage could be browner but it has good taste would recommend for travelers

The second time I stayed the sheet had a blood stain but the staff was great a provided me with a new one

It had a somewhat retro feel and look to it on the outside, but facilities and the room were modern, clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable!

The location was a little sketchy. The motel 6 across the road had homeless and street people hanging out 24/7. There was security on the hotel property which was good

I honestly being straight up a little brutally tell you exactly when into only stayed one.but two maybe once more night time tells alone more night that's not yet been determined .here on business spots different as just paying for a room and the difference between them is ilb On business trips the whole trip everything including. Room food rent a car take a fraina plane hell take a boatt and spend your money anyway want of you feel like end of the trip so unfortunately my phone froze up I had to restart my phone and offly enough when it came back on it had lost everything from the beginning of this conversation so moving right along stays with me so after you Get home guess what yes I'm pkpimy out the obviously you just spent alot of money andaybe your financially stable that money's will never get a Penny back whatever bsught paid for FF for all the needed things youwlul f not had to spend mpneygorita your house my point it comes out of your pocket now I

Everything I hated it all

It was cheap but wow the location was horrible. For men I’m sure it’s fine but it was terrifying as a woman. This is in the ghetto and there’s so many tweaker sand shirtless men outside just hanging out. The front desk man was very nice and got me a room on the inside of the building. The elevator doesn’t work and there’s no sign saying it’s out of order. The young maid i spoke to was really rude about it too.

It’s in the ghetto. The towels felt cheap and dirty. The toilet barely flushed. There’s holes in the wall. Seriously, a terrifying location.
