The place is sooo clean and the cafe inside is excellent! The food tasted amazing from breakfast to dinner 💕 such a nice thing to know that when you wake up you can get a delicious breakfast instead of a stale tasteless breakfast buffet from the usual hotels. Plus the location itself is wonderful! It is in midtown but is located in the nice quiet area, you go to sawyer hotel which is around the corner and it is loud and just not relaxing there. But this place is quiet for the most part and chill. Everything is very close to it too, the zoo, museums and other tourist spots. Highly recommend it! We will be definitely be coming back!

Leaf blower noise at 6:15am (only on last morning of stay) Cooking smells from kitchen (again only on last day of stay) Noisy air con in room but it was cool enough not to need it overnight I know it’s more eco friendly to have QR codes to scan for hotel details but it would have been good to have something on paper in the hotel room as a starting point

A very nice, modern, and clean hotel in a great downtown location. The two rooms we booked were in like new condition... no weird hotel smells, everything was clean, and everything worked. The bathrooms were also very nice with good lighting and, according to my wife, quality soaps and haircare products; however, the shower was quite narrow due to the grab bar that protruded from the shower wall. Parking is in a public parking structure next to the hotel. We paid $18 for each night, but because it's public, there are no in-and-out privileges. When we visit Sacramento in the future, this hotel will definitely be top on our list.

Housekeeping, to our dismay, was available only upon request. The hotel upon check-in does not inform you of this fact; rather, they have placed a small sticker on the inside of the room's door... not exactly in your line of sight unless you're an exceptionally short person. Unless you're receiving an absolutely rock-bottom nightly rate, daily housekeeping should be standard at this price point. COVID should no longer be used as an excuse! Our takeaway: Request daily housekeeping at check-in.

We absolutely love this boutique hotel. It is our second stay, and we are still impressed with all the small details throughout the hotel. It has so much flow and style. We love Café Bernardo‘s that is adjoined to the hotel. They serve great breakfast and great dinners as well. One evening we decided to have hot cocoa outside by the fire pit and watch an outdoor screening of pirates of the Caribbean. I wish fort was in every city we have visited🙌🏼

Housekeeping kept forgetting to refill the shampoo & body wash, especially when asked twice. Finally, when it seemed like they did refill the body wash, the bottle cap press didn't work. It wasn't enjoyable especially when we had to use the hand soap for the bodies.

The hotel and restaurant staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A/C worked well, but might be too loud for some.

Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but instead was ordered off a menu. Only a maximum of $18 was included in the "breakfast included" booking option. Anything over that amount was charged. Wifi was only free if you're a member of the Hilton bonus program, otherwise $4.95 for normal wifi or $9.95 for premium wifi.

Staff was excellent, facility is attractive, comfortable and clean. Good security.

Hotel prices generally now are too high for my liking, this was no exception. Parking was scarce or too expensive, so this is less that good, hotel does not validate parking. No on-site breakfast.

Beware that Booking.com incorrectly states that there are kitchenettes in some rooms. There are none in this hotel. Staff says they tried to correct that info with booking.com but it was still there when I booked the room.

THE STAFF AND CLEANLINESS WERE OUTSTANDING! FROM I-80 THE EASE OF GETTING TO AND FROM HOTEL WERE NOT AN ISSUE.

PARKING WAS EASY WITH NEXT DOOR, HIGHLY LIT PARKING GARAGE. IT WAS A $10 CHARGE EVERYTIME YOU WENT OUT. THAT BEING SAID, THE PARKING METERS DOWNTOWN ARE FREE DURING THE WEKENDS AND I WAS SURPRISED AT HOW MANY WERE AVAILABLE.

Convent location to concert I was attending a few blocks away. Quiet area, surprising since it was near a hospital. Lots of options for coffee and meals in walking distance. Super comfy bed! Friendly staff.

Signing up for Hilton rewards program or paying $5 for wifi, is a bit annoying. However, the basic connection was still fast enough for me to be on zoom calls for work. Thats really my only quibble, otherwise the hotel was great. Best parking option was in the garage next door, not owned by hotel. It's not cheap, but still cheaper than the parking garages for the hotels downtown!
