All the staff were really attentive and caring, they went above and were super chill about us checking in late. The beds were super comfortable and we felt safe being out late at night knowing we'd be secure in our room. It was 4 of us and it was only $47 each person for 2 nights. 110% worth the value and checking in was super simple. Would definitely stay here again as it's value for price just simply can't be beat.

The sink water wasnt the greatest because it had a slight odor to it but the shower water was amazing we had hot showers both nights we were there. We bought a gallon of water to make up for it and used that instead.

Been here several times always felt at home. I love the pool and jacuzzi amenities but wish the maintenance and cleanliness of pool as well was more attended too. The quality seems to be going down. Peopke are expecting what they see advertised or what they are told. Its different when you get here. The staff and lobby reps are fantastic! Best part of my stay besides pool n less than half working spa lol. And shouts out to the elevator! It's constant use with no breakdowns is unheard of. Thank you Riverleaf for the care you very given me and my family. Always ready to do whatever is needed at the time 24/7 . KUDOS to the m a ids who I can see working tirelessly to assist and respond to room needs accordingly. BUT all this wouldn't be possible without Raul. I think of him as b the Wizard holding ot down and holding it together with great staff. Thank you for taking care of us at every stay.

One of my problems don't cleanup behind them. Its their resonsibility as well too use the trash reception so child can see parent/guardian People let their dogs just poo anywhere. Its very unattractive. Think cleanup staff needs to be more thorough with the litter and dog poop situation. Dogs should not be allowed to just poo anywhere unless owner is required to pick it up. Its mostly big d poo gs from what I can visually see when I take my little 7 lb 11tr old mini poo. Can't let her run freely without fresh,old,new poo in the way. Thats on the customers that are allowed to stay here and should not affect overall work from staff. I think their should be a sz or lb limit to keep grounds clean of feces. I still love this hotel and stand behind them 100%.

Staff was courteous and professional especially Raul who would always helped me with the lobby doors which was especially helpful when I was totally occupied with luggage. Location is central only 4 miles from beach. Near downtown and mission heights as well. Bed was super comfortable

I was bothered by the number of vagrants hanging around the property and using the microwave and laundry access to those amenities should be linked to the room key.

Very helpful staff. Helped me get the best room for my need. Very clean, but must ask for cleaning service if wanted more often. Quiet. I had room on 4th floor with view of trees and partial golf course. Room had fridge. Free safe parking. Laundry on second floor. Free basic wifi. Has safe in room.

No markets or food stores in walking distance. Only 2 Microwaves on 2nd floor, not convenient, especially for disabled.

The surrounding areas were beautiful. It seemed to be like isolated, even though it’s smacked up in the middle of the city in the building was very nice. It was very clean to help. The staff were helpful and kind and professional.

The value was great especially in these trying times. It was nice to find a place that wasnt tearing .y pockets off.

What I didnt like was the ridiculous prices of the merchandise that you have in the lobby. That kind of ruins the experience of having great value. I'd suggest getting rid of the merchant and buying and selling your own products at a reasonable price.

My family and I had unexpected things happen and ended up needing to stay in hotels for a week! we came here before bcuz their prices are always reasonable…but let me tell you guys every single staff we interacted with were so kind and helpful! they truly made things happen for us to be able to stay here without changing rooms or having to leave due to rooms being sold out during the weekend! I don’t think they understand how grateful we are for all the Accommodations and effort that came from them at a rough time like this ! we are forever thankful!!! Ringgold family ❤️

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, at the end of our trip our battery in our truck was dead and the gentleman at the front desk helped jump it, he was so kind and helpful, we want to vote him employee of the month. Great location

I cannot complain about much of anything, the pool needs a little more upkeep, but other than that it was a good stay, very accommodating for families.

The employeeeees 💓 the lady who checked me in was super funny made me feel so comfortable usually I don’t like going in to talk to the front desk when checking in bc they make you so uncomfortable but I felt so safe with her we had a few laughs! It was Halloween night I wish I knew her name. And also we called the front desk saying we might have to stay a little longer n they gave us an hour with no charge! But we ended up leaving on time anyways I really appreciated that!
