The property and room were clean, you needed a room key to access the lobby and the elevator, so it felt very secure. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. There’s a cafe in the lobby so easy access to coffee (although it’s expensive). It’s a small hotel, which made the experience feel a bit more personal. Great if you’re travelling on a budget.

Although the room and hotel were both clean, the fridge smelled like death whenever we opened it, so we weren’t able to use it. The location was both good and bad. Good because it was walking distance to several bars, restaurants, and Chinatown. Bad because it was right on the edge of the Tenderloin, so you it was a little sketch sometimes and you have to be very aware of your surroundings and where you’re walking because you can very easily stumble right in to the Tenderloin if you’re paying attention.

In a perfect location just up from Union Square and easy to get around from there

Clean, no stair access and very quiet. Downside was that there was no natural light. There was a fridge and good coffee making facilities.

unfortunately the bathroom extractor never worked and the other thing we didn’t knew was that they don’t have parking on the building and the one that they offer was almost as expensive as the room.. we found a cheaper one a few blocks away

Though the area is full of homeless you can take 2 routes of bus just leaving the hotel and one route only to streets apart, which in 3 minutes arrive to the muni trolley, Bart, and market st which has lot of shopping spots. If homeless are not a problem for you, to can walk 3 streets to the union square which has more stores (also more fancy) and the cable car, just 3 streets down union sq you can access to Powell station of all San Francisco transports. The zone also has many cafés and restaurants for all kind of budgets! At the hotel basement, you can refill your bottle of water, very good if you don’t wanna waste a los on that (all restaurants in SFO bring you water before the order), so with this you can save many bucks!

Due the covid, you need to ask for the housekeeping every day (not with an additional cost) but if you forget, you’d find a dirty room at your return, well thinking well; you will find a dirty room even if you asked for the cleaning service. The cleaning service only did the beds and change towels (one day, didn’t put a full body towells) and for the time we saw that, we couldn’t ask for a change, because cleaning service is only available in the mornings. In five days, cleaning service only left the trash one day, and the most incredible, one empty bottle of wine which couldn’t match on the trash can, was there until our leaving, in the same place we put on the first night.

The room was not cramped. It had a great view. The bathroom was large and clean.

When we checked in, they realize that they double booked our room. Luckily, they had another room with the same specifications available. It was also difficult to find parking. We circled the block for like 20 mins.

Food in hotel ( breakfast) was extremely high price.I was asking for high floor in advance , did not get it .Coffee in room was horrible.

The staff was great, the rooms were neat and clean, and overall, it was very comfortable.

They did over book the first night we were there. So we didn't get to enjoy our booked room until the next day.

location is prime: easy in, easy out. especially with valet now on site.

can’t think of a thing I did not like. except one woman at front desk. she could be less intense and quick to speak. makes for guest to feel intimidated.

The room was spacious, the location was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was clean and nice.

The bathroom was a little tight but over all loved staying here
