Location is just so convenient. Close to union square. Supernarket pharmacy and other restaurants are around. Rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in town. All attractions of san francisco are just few minutes away in car and some are within walking distance The refreshing iced water at the lobby is tasty Staff are all so nice and helpful.

Cleaning during the stay should be better. we have noticed that during the stay , they only arrange and do not change linens nor wipe the floor and the tables. No parking on site but there is one at the G block and another at the westin (with valet service) $60 dollars per day.. a bit pricey but this is the norm in town.

The location a block from Union Square was ideal. The Curan theatre is across that street and Grace Cathedral is up the hill. The Warrick provides a good value for the area, where many rooms are in the $500 range. This may seem superfluous, but the in-room HVAC unit was quiet enough to sleep. So often those units are so loud, that one has to choose to be comfortable or sleep. Maybe the best part is the Tapas restaurant on the main floor. Bota was fantastic.

Nothing that The Warrick could have controlled. City noise is just a thing.

Bar and restaurant connected to hotel. A lot of very good bars and restaurants in the location. Lots of fresh clean towels. The lobby was very nice and clean. Parking garage was around the corner.

Could not check in early, even after I requested to check in at 1pm. The person in the front was a bit rude. Room I was checked in was very nice and comfortable. But the AC/heater did not work. The carpet was staid with red substance and the dresser was squeaky to the point that I felt if I open it it would wake up the the next room over. The blinds did not close all the way. No big deal I was not facing another business with windows

Room was wonderful and staff very helpful. Location was great for our first ever visit to San Fran. Walked to stores, restaurants, tram and Fisherman’s Wharf. Special thanks to the man on duty on our departure. After our transfer to the airport fell through at the last minute, he stepped in and made sure we got to where we needed. Very much appreciated!

Despite being really close to Tenderloin the location of the hotel is great. Close to Union Square and within walking distance to Downtown and Embarcadero.

The only negative thing was that my card was charged $50 dollars couple of days after my stay for a dinner I didn't have. But the staff handled this mistake professionally and made a refund.

The team! I was traveling alone and had a frightening experience on the BART from SFO that evening. The lady at the front desk was friendly & patiently listened to me as I told her about my encounter. The bar was still open & she suggested I go have a drink which I am so glad I did! I ended up having a great evening thanks to the bartender Roberto Flores! He was great & makes the best shaken margarita!

The location is very close to Union Square and convenient to a great variety of restaurants, diners, brewpubs and galleries. Very close to the cable car and all other transport links. Tours picked us up from the hotel. The corner room with two windows was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank goodness for air conditioning, the weather was exceptionally hot. Friendly and polite staff in reception.

Breakfast at the hotel itself would have been nice but there are several good choices within yards.

Room was absolutely beautiful. The windows are literally quadruple paned so it is incredibly quite inside. The staff is unbelievably friendly.

Parking is getting expensive in the city but there's no way around that. There is a good "self parking" garage around the corner for $38 bucks on Mason between O'Farrel and Ellis, way better deal than the $60 bucks next store and it feels safer.

The property was very clean, had good spacious rooms.

The wash basin was outside in the room instead of being inside the bathroom/ restroom. Also please check the location thoroughly, although it's very near to the BART station and Muni bus station, it's also very near to the Tenderloin Area, which is well known for high crime rate.

Great price for S.F. Only 2 blocks from Union Square. Would be a great place for shopping during the holidays. The staff helped me find a place with live music on a mid-week night! Their bar has great ambiance, and we ended up having our tapas dinner in the bar on a cozy couch.

While they did a really nice job updating, I could tell by the smell that it was an old hotel. Also, the $45/ night parking was accurate but it was a deal with the Westin down the street. It took quite awhile to get the car valet to leave, not a problem really, just something you need to plan for.
