close to airport, suite-style room, clean & comfy, very good free breakfast. pretty quiet.

$15 night for parking, coughing clerk at front desk without a mask.

Really good breakfast and the cook, Tina , was really nice and friendly and lots of choices for breakfast .. it’s the best we had compared to other hotels we stayed in.. and the front desk was really nice also.. and the service is really exceptional as when we asked for new towels.. they deliver it right away not even 5 mins they are already there knocking on the door.. best customer service ever!!!

Parking a little tight and smaller and had to pay.. the room with disability access was great but there were space not used in the room…

Cleanliness, location, comfort

Front desk staff did not seem welcoming.

We arrived late after a night game at Cal. The Front Desk Representative was extraordinarily helpful to our weary selves. Very kind and courteous. I’m very thankful that she was there to assist us get checked in quickly to get some sleep before an early flight the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay that was very close to the San José Airport.

All was good

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk agent helped us schedule a shuttle to the airport. We had drinks at the bar and they were very tasty! The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The location is great if you are flying in or out of San Jose, our shuttle was waiting for us in the morning and it was a very short ride over.

It was very clean and modern looking. It was quiet and there were no pet issues.Nice closet and comfortable beds.

The bathroom and shower placement are a bit odd and the doors were on gliders that more often than not became stuck. Bar was closed all weekend long with no accommodations made for it.

The Location for me was good, because I was picking up a family member at SJ Airport... was only 10 minutes away. The breakfast was actually one of the best I seen so far... A huge variety of food for a complimentary breakfast.

That they didn't sell Redbull in the little store :}

The hotel was as expected from the listing, no negative surprises. My room was clean, and very comfortable Great location to the airport and for getting to public transit systems. The staff was also very friendly.

The food at the bar could be better.

Great location for airport and nearby restaurants. Convenient parking, really good breakfast, clean, and very helpful friendly staff. Airport shuttle is fast, close and useful.

Cleanest hotel ever! Room, bathroom were spotless. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast area was tidy and coffee was great. Pool looked good although we didn't use it.

Parking is $15/day. It would be nice if it were included..
