Everything was great, the location, the price, the staff the room all was great. Except there are no clothes steamer just an iron that couldn’t be used on my outfit. Tried inquiring about getting in from laundry but had no response. I was already running late to my event so had no time to follow up. Also the air conditioning wasn’t working so had to call someone up to fix it. Had only 3 bath towels and 4 people staying. Just minor details that were a bit annoying but overall great stay as always.

No direct access from parking lot to the hotel, had to drag through the driveway to the front entrance.

Clean, new, modern, convenient location

There was a couple above us having a domestic dispute the night before a friends’ wedding. We called several times for help between 1 and 4am and were offered to change rooms but not offered support with calling police or asking them to quiet down. As a result we barely slept leading up to the big day.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The room was beautiful on the 12th floor, a gorgeous view! I brought my little dog to get away from the rat race for one day, and that cost me a lot of money, I had room service and a couple of drinks, but I would love to find out about the Hilton honors program

I enjoyed the room service, but I thought the prices were way too high!

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff are top-notch. Jeremiah at the front desk and all the valet staff are so polite and helpful. This was my 4th stay, and I will come back again. I am a solo elderly female traveler, I especially like that this lo ation is very safe. Thank you, Hilton.

Nothing

The room was very big and cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was little, but it had everything we needed and the shower was very nice, also the view was nice from the 9th floor.

The only little thing I didn't like much was the noise from the room next to ours, we could hear everything, but we were very tired and fell asleep quite early, and it didn't bother us.

Good hotel. Good facilities. Great little shop next to reception. Great idea.

Lobby and elevators floors were often dirty. Bf buffet quiet expensive for content. Parking should be offered for staying customers. Only valet parking should be charged

Very clean, ac is not quite but it works just 10-15seconds, so sleep was very good 👍. Bed was amazing, all the staff are very friendly and always can help you! Vallet parking is very comfortable, breakfast are also great! That was very enjoyable stay

I was on the 12th floor in room 1215, second time I booked it! It was clean and comfortable I brought my dog!

I hope my next stay in that room I can get points for it being the third stay!

Room was large and staff were very freindly and helpful. Everything was very clean.

In room coffee maker sucked. The door on the mini fridge had a loose hinge and was tricky to get to close and seal and was the definition of "mini". These were minor issues that we did not complain about as we spent only minimal time at the hotel.

Is there for two days and I didn’t have dinner the first night because I was tired I didn’t have breakfast and the dining area the restaurant is very very nicely appointed and in someways luxurious. The people who wait on you are it’s so very attentive I had three different people doing things for me at my table and I just felt like so attended and cared for

I didn’t like that the bathroom was a little dirty in certain places shower area is sparkling clean but the floor and subtle block between the door and hallway was I think a bit dirty I found myself wiping at it. It was difficult because it was no housekeeping and I first night I made was able to make a cup of tea but the next day when I wanted to because it it started leaking and it wasn’t working and then it didn’t go on at all and it was nobody to call to fix it
