I stayed here one night and the customer service, the room and having a restaurant/bar was perfect. Front desk was very helpful, the room very spacious and clean. The restaurant staff very professional and courteous and the food was very delicious. The food was so good I had breakfast the next day and they knocked it out the park!

Only complaint was no one answered from restaurant for room service. It was understandable cause they were slammed when I went downstairs. Well worth it.

cookies!! decent location, and I've stayed there before. easy to get to where I needed to and back. 3 elevators is a must.

Just so happened that we stayed there the same weekend as about 100 bikers. They weren't much of a problem, but they were all part of biker clubs and the Marijuana was smoked outside. They either hung out in the lobby or outside mostly. They weren't a real problem but the atmosphere of the place was diminished.

Complimentary buses for pick up and drop off is very nice. Peaceful environment.

The housekeeping can do better,we went out hoping our rooms would be clean before coming back. I complained staff can't apologise and they refused to bring towels after an hour call,i have to go get it myself at the reception. The wifi is very bad,we weren't able to use the Wifi,the same breakfast were served for the 2 nights we stayed there.

Requested early checkin with reservation - watched someone checking in after me , get a room and I was denied ? Asked for water at front desk ( Hilton honors perk) and told I would need to purchase a 6 dollar bottle . Came for a work conference and needed a shuttle …. Denied on this, without consideration. I would have paid .

I quickly addressed the problem and found it convenient to send a message about the issue.

We had to change our plans because there was just too much snow! We ended up spending a lot of time in the room. The TV wasn't a smart TV, so we could only watch the regular programs. If it had been a smart TV, we would have been much more comfortable staying in.

The day of my check-in. Staff was outstanding. Thank you so much.

More attention to detail needs to be worked on. The pool area is not maintained properly. Elevator floors dirty for over 3 days. The outside of the property with garbage within the parking lot and glassy area. Garbage cans overflowing for days outside. Carpeting though out the building needs to be cleaned or removed.

The staff was AMAZING! So helpful with every question we had. Would definitely recommend staying at this facility anytime in the area!!!

Nothing, absolutely NOTHING, this place was a great hotel and next time in the area it is definitely on the MUST STAY AT list!!! Beds were so comfy and the view from our room was just amazing!

Modern building with nice amenities. Restaurant and bar looked inviting, but my schedule did not allow me to try it. I would have had I stayed longer. The room was quiet, very comfortable and pleasant to relax in.

Busy elevators meant I used the stairs a couple of time, but I had to search for the stairwell from the first floor. It was an unmarked door. That was the only thing I ran into that would warrant any criticism. The facility was quite nice.

The only negative thing I have to say and brought it to the attention of the front desk. We went to breakfast at 9:40. The minute we went in, the clean up guy told us we had to hurry as he was closing breakfast down at 10. Not did he say it once but kept rushing everyone that was in there. It was not a relaxing breakfast by any means.

Extremely friendly staff Got several texts asking how our stay was. I appreciated that. Room very clean. Our A/C wouldn’t cool so I called guest services. A maintenance man was up to our room very quickly and ended up having to replace the whole unit while we were gone. A/C worked great after that.
