Very friendly at the breakfast area. I really noticed the difference in guests compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at- children were well-behaved and most guests were quiet and polite. Lots of choices with foods and condiments. Bed linens were very soft and comfortable.

Breakfast plates, bowls, and cups were recyclable, but there were no recycling bins. The hotel is located right in the middle of a residential community; it felt awkward looking out on people on their balconies, which I feel is an invasion of their privacy. Poor planning on the part of developers.

The honey was very clean as you walked in the feint, it smelled great 👍. The room was also very clean and it had my name on the TV that was even awesome 😎 lol!! We Usually don't stay in nice places I guess. The only downside was that the pull out bed had dirty sheets and the cushion of the couch had a nasty burn so that kinda downgraded the room. But overall it was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

I absolutely loved the evening staff both girls (one with green hair and the other different colored braids) they are so friendly and fun to talk to. I love how the hotel doesn't smell like Marijuana. I love how quiet it is. The location is so easy to find. It's near everything. I will always be staying here.

clean, updated, comfortable, streaming, welcome cookies, bed mattress was comfortable, shower was spacious, room was well lit. receptionists were nice. breakfast was decent. iced pound cake was the Best!

too much chlorine used in laundry could smell it in the sheets. pool reeked of chlorine and could smell chlorine outside the building, presumably from laundry air vents. That must be unhealthy for staff to breathe.

There was plenty of space to stow our bags and toiletries! Great design for a small space made it feel more spacious than the actual sq ftg. The ledge over the sink, space under the sink, hooks for robes and towels, two chairs, desk and a movable little table...plenty of space so no bumping into one another as we were preparing for the day. We loved it! The expanded pool hours: 6am to midnight made it convenient to have the pool all to myself so I could actually swim! Very nice gym as well.

We enjoy a hot tub, but not essential.

This was our second time to stay here and it’s still the best for quiet, pleasant, and nice guests at the breakfast area each morning. We’ll keep going back. Quiet, comfortable room as well.

Smoking area needs to be relocated so guests don’t have to walk through it to get to their car.

Well first I stay here because of Kendra the swing shift front desk agent. I absolutely adore her. I hadn't seen her in 7 months and she was so excited to see me just as I was to see her. The rooms are so clean. The beds are so comfy. The hotel is so quiet. I love how it doesn't smell of Marijuana. I love how close it is to everything. Housekeeping is so quiet you will never ever hear them I love it. I will always stay here.

This hotel was very clean, location was amazing (you were 5-10 minute drive from amenities such as restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, etc). the surrounding area seemed very safe and quiet.

I called front desk and asked for water bottle to be delivered to my room and was denied, i don’t know if it was because of covid protocols or a different reason, but the person on front desk didn’t give an explanation why. i don’t know if it was busy downstairs or he was manning the front area by himself, or he just didn’t want to do it. i would’ve understood whatever the reason was, but I would’ve appreciated a reason why they couldn’t deliver the water bottle. breakfast was ok but was lacking your usual bacon, scrambled eggs, hash brown. i think the juice was watered down just a bit. it was very clean in the area though i’d still choose to stay there if i were in town.

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was different every day. So many places have the same choices every day. Delicious.

You can only get in the building through the lobby. Also Booking said it was pet friendly as did the desk when I called to find out how much for pet. After we checked in I was informed they only allow service animals. They let us stay because we were reserved for 3 nights.

Breakfast was good. The spa was convenient. Swimming pool was heated.

Better meal choices for late night arrivals. Hotel could consider offering shuttle or transportation service for travelers who did not drive in.
