The front desk employees were very helpful and willing to answer any questions we had about how to get to our destination in town. We also liked the convenience of having full access to water and coffee in the lobby.

I thought the toilets sat a little lower than normal to the ground. I am 50+ years old and in good condition. However, it would have been helpful to have a handrail next to the toilet to help get up. Otherwise, the room was nice.

Friendly staff, clean location, you could smell bleach on every floor, which was a comfort. Parking was awesome, I felt safe wherever I ended up parking my car. I loved the coffee machine that never runs out, which was nice, leaving in the middle of the night, saved me from having to stop at a convenience store on the way out of town.

My only two complaints were the elevator took forever for a property that only has 4 floors, but that's no big deal. Breakfast, unfortunately, was ice cold every day, even after only opening a half hour before. Other than that, I definitely would stay here again.

I enjoyed the design specifically for handicapped needs especially in the bathroom and the indoor pool has lift chairs for people in wheelchairs or disability climbing ladders or stairs, to lower and raise them onto and out of the pool. This hotel is conveniently located near the Medical Center.

Distance of Handicapped Parking Spaces from the Front Entrance if the Hotel was at capacity and a lot of guests were impaired.

I thought the breakfast was very good on all of the days I used the service. I would have liked a better choice of fruit (the bananas were fine). Also, I would have hoped for the bacon choice each day but I understand why the hotel could not do this.

I cannot currently think of anything that I did not like.

I needed a hotel room while my husband had an operation. This hotel was with 2 miles of the hospital. So convenient. While I had few needs the staff was great when I did need something. Good hot breakfast with a number of choices. Good parking. A very good experience during a difficult personal time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again regardless of the circumstances.

The defensiveness of staff when handling transactions initiated via the 3rd party affiliate. If working with booking.com is so challenging and unfrutiful for your staff then please consider ending that relationship. I wound up spending excessive (more than appropriate) amount of time and money managing my stay as a result of that poor relationship. Booking.com has a long way to go to have me consider booking with them again. I did not like having a pillow labeled as a blanket/pillow in the closet only to find it another (how do you not stock any rectangular pillows?) oddly square pillow. When I asked for an extra blanket my request was met with bewilderment. I took the blanket off of the second bed.

It was ok. For a person who can't each cheese there wasn't much of an option. All of your microwave breakfast burritos had cheese. Peyton your night time greeter was very courteous and friendly.

Breakfast choices. Tea bags in the. rooms. After driving for 8 hours and coming in at midnight, I certainly didn't want hot coffee. And offering Splenda as a sweetener in the coffee packets instead of sweet and low which is made of saccharine and causes cancer.

The location was good. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was okay. The facilities were clean enough and the rates were acceptable. Our room had a walk in, stand up shower. that was nice. Decent coffee in the lobby was also nice.

They offer “pancakes” from a machine. That needs to go and they need to bring in the waffle machine. The carpets in the halls and room could use an upgrade or a good cleaning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. From being greeted by the front desk staff, to being shown local restaurant recommendations on a map, to the friendly staff in the breakfast area who personally made us pancakes… They provided a crib for our 2 year old which was super helpful, and we loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub! Will definitely be back if we pass through Aurora again 😌

The breakfast was great! They have this cool pancake maker that was really fun to use and watch them roll out. Haha Check in and out was a breeze. There was always hot coffee and tea available for free. The lobby was nice to hang out in, play a game with the kids, even had charging outlets.
